Poor implementation, customizations had bugs, implementation was not properly planned. The contract with us is still unresolved from 4 years ago. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Focus X?

Highly customizable Enterprise Resource Planner. It best suit for any industry requirement. Light weight web based software which loads at ease and fast at the client terminal. It has roll forward and roll backward technology that protects data corruption due to any unforeseen network break between server and the client. It can run on both SQL and Oracle DB, which adds to its DB security and highly efficient report quires. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Focus X?

Have been using Focus RT the previous version to Focus 9 for the past 7 years and i have not come across any limitation. And we are in the process of upgrading from RT to Focus 9 and have not come across any limitations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
