What do you dislike about Focus X?

Poor Support, Teams do not know their own software, patch updates come with more problems than the issues to be solved. Its been nearly 1yr and simple tasks are not completed by their support teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Focus X?

Focus 9 is a very reliable platform that prevents any sort of data loss. It is ergonomic software. By using the report engine any kind of report can be easily created and workload can be reduced manifolds. It is a detailed software that enables proper audit trials. What do you dislike about Focus X?

The harder part of this software, however, is that one has to pull teeth to become an expert. It demands a fully trained accountant. Moreover, it lacks the built-in management system that was previously available in Focus 6. Sometimes it seems to be relatively more buggy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
