While Focus Lab has a structured process they like to follow with all their customers, there were moments when it didn't fully align with our leadership's preferences. I have had the pleasure of working with Focus Lab on two successful brand refreshes. Our company faced the challenge of a tired, outdated brand that needed revitalization to compete in the market. "Rebrand With Confidence With Focus Labs"

What do you like best about Focus Lab?

I absolutely loved the structure and pace Focus Labs provided. This is my second time leading a company rebrand and I really appreciated how every week we made progress towards our end deliverables. I also felt way more confident in the why behind every element of our new brand being a part of the process, vs it being more of a black box which was my experience with another agency. Trusting your brand to just anyone is not easy, and there are plenty of agencies offering branding and rebranding services. Thankfully, Focus Lab is not just any agency.

Focus Lab stood above the others in our RFP process, and choosing the FL team soon became the only choice. After engagement, trom the early stages of the project to delivering a fully conceptualized brand, Focus Lab was a valued, strategic, reliable partner to Salesloft and I would absolutely use them again. We engaged Focus Lab as part of Salesloft's 2021 rebrand when I worked there.
