We use multiple modules, but we get the most use out of the Work Order module which we use daily. This allows us to track progress on issues and make sure they are followed up with and resolved in a timely manner. I had some reservations when switching from the other platform but the success team was able to complete the work for us and provdied for a quick, seamless intergration.
