Can easily access who is on calls, break, active, in and out times. Easily accessible and easy to figure out. Can restrict views for different employees of different levels, so different access levels. **What do you dislike about FMS: Insights?** We have had at least a few days in the last few months that there were “error” messages and staff couldn’t log into Cisco. This made routing and redirecting calls very complicated. Also have had issues with calls being forwarded to incorrect locations. **What problems is FMS: Insights solving and how is that benefiting you?** Most significant are the call center statistics, such as wait time, call duration, number of transfer/re-directs. Also helps evaluate productivity for Auth a - time spent versus appointments made or cases authorized. ### 5.
