flynne is assessment centre software for organisations that run selection and development procedures at scale: large companies, public authorities and critical infrastructure operators. An assessment consists of a hundred moving parts — dates, psychologists, observers, candidates, rooms and documents. flynne brings them together in one system instead of spreadsheets and mail chains. What it does: Planning and scheduling with an automatic conflict check, so double bookings are caught while you plan, not on the day. A disruption overview that surfaces problems days before the assessment and suggests qualified replacements from the people actually available. Candidate self-booking through a magic link, with no account for the candidate. Separate portals and permissions for HR, psychologists, observers and candidates. Reporting and internal cost allocation, so an assessment centre can be run like an operation. Event types and templates, so a procedure that works is reused instead of rebuilt. What makes it different: flynne sells no tests of its own and never scores a person. Your existing test providers are connected and can be exchanged at any time. AI helps with organising and drafting; decisions are always made by people — which keeps the system outside the high-risk obligations of the EU AI Act. Built for regulated environments: ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022 certified, operated exclusively in the EU, data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR, documentation pack for works councils and data protection officers. Billing is based on participations. No-shows are free of charge.
