I own an online general merchandise shop (LegacyKeyLeaf.com), and Flxpoint has simplified the process of having inventory from multiple suppliers sent to my sales channels. It also helps streamline the order management process. I’ve been able to integrate my suppliers, vendors & resellers in various ways. They also offer video training on their website that helps walk their customers through critical setup steps. I’m very impressed with their level of customer service. The Flxpoint team has been able to assess and execute the best solutions, from complex EDI integrations to utilizing the Flxpoint Vendor Portal for onboarding new vendors quicker and with less work involved. It is a powerful tool. It handles both inventory management and order communication well, but there is a lot to learn in the user onboarding process to use it at its best.
