What do you like best about Flxpoint?

Flx Point has many solutions for various business dynamic needs. There were solutions for every current need and future shipping and inventory setups we planned with our growth. The tech team is readily available to help via email, chat and Zoom calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flxpoint?

It would have been great to have a dedicated tech who was familiar with our custom setup so we didn't have to explain the why to our setup/settings when troubleshooting issues with different techs. There are many settings in Flx Point as it's able to be built for the necessary use case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Flxpoint:

Highly recommend getting the full onboarding package with a clear layout of the use case. The Flx Point team will be hands-on in getting the account set up properly in addition to Zoom recorded calls and any additional support that may come up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Flxpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were able to connect to our dropshipper and it allowed for us to process sales through multiple sales channels. We were able to create custom rules around shipping from multiple locations, costs, and more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Flxpoint?

Product & Order management in one spot! We can manage our onsite inventory as well as our dropship inventory all in Flxpoint. Easy FTP connections keep inventory quantities in realtime so we can minimize order problems. Orders are easy to see and manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Flxpoint?

Flxpoint has been a huge asset to us launching and managing an eCommerce store. We would not be able to do it without their software or support staff and would highly recommend using Flxpoint's inventory management software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The user experience is not as seamless and intuitive as some platforms, however, their team is always available to assist with anything. What the UX experience might lack, their support staff makes up for, and then some -- they are extremely professional, prompt, and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Flxpoint is extremely helpful for our dropship model and managing multiple vendors using different platforms. We have vendors using flxpoint's login directly, others using woocommerce and Shopify, all of which are contained in one place (flxpoint) and easy for us to look at quickly for inventory count, orders, shipping information etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
