Flxpoint is an integral part of our business and has been a critical factor in our growth. I do not like the limited access to the "prebuilt" connections. We have had issues with every connection. When I ask the distributor for help, they are also confused because they have customers with successful connections. It makes no sense. We also felt that the onboarding experience did not meet up to what we were told in the initial sales pitch meetings. Our site rollout did cause issues with our onboarding time but we were under the impression that our rep would set up all connections. In the initial meetings, it was presented that Flx would be contacting the distributors and working directly with them on our behalf to execute the initial connection setups. There are so many features that make running business day-to-day so much easier, large or small. Flxpoint integrations allow easy order automation that doesn't require complicated and pricy 3rd party EDI connectors. After working with several different systems over several years, I am finally able to manage many of the integration processes myself without pricy integration fees and long wait times.

A mixture of automation and rules allow us to automatically process orders that are routine and hold orders that might present an issue. FlxPoint has a reasonably good range of natively integrated vendors, and lots of configuration options. When it's working, it does it's job pretty well - keeps stock levels up to date, and routes orders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

FlxPoint is quite unstable, regularly breaking where it fails to update inventory or process orders. This is a weekly occurrence at the moment, with it being down every weekend, sometimes for more than 8 hours. It also had a 3-day outage several months ago that the support team blamed on AWS, but have clearly not architected the service for redundancy.

Support is extremely poor, and has gotten worse. They regularly misunderstand issues, claim things are working when they are not, and are terrible at identifying repeat issues and escalating them as appropriate. I've had to fight with them multiple times for issues that have recurred for months at a time before they finally figure out that it's a platform bug.

Many other bugs exist, and there is very limited ability to manage data within FlxPoint itself - it generally pushes trash into the various channels that need to be cleaned up manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

FlxPoint keeps all of our product inventory synced with our distributors who dropship items for us. They also allow for custom rules to choose a vendor based on location or price to make sure we're getting the best price at the time of fulfillment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
