The tech support goes above and beyond to find an answer or a fix. They are very knowledgeable of the integrations and the products in general. The integrage with almost any supplier. We have been assigned a project manager who was able to go through with us and have demos on how to use Flxpoint for our business needs. We also embedded Flxpoint into the brain of our ERP and our custom site, and this would have been really difficult if it were not for their API team. Our developers would request a ticket, and within 2 hours, Flxpoint would be on a Zoom with their API specialist and fix our issue. If the issue did not have a solution yet, they would add a solution to their next sprint to accommodate us and our needs as soon as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Flxpoint? The only downside of Flxpoint is its learning curve. You can do almost everything with it, but you have to learn the ropes as it is jam-packed with features. There are a lot of features that even after 6 months of usage, I have yet to have learned them - but we also do not need them for our use case. One thing that I would like to see them improve is the application speed when over 200,000 products are loaded with all their details. First, their multichannel management for dropshipping has helped us centralize our operations. Second, being in the pharmaceutical industry, numerous SKUs are repeated throughout our various vendors - but with slight detail changes. The onboarding and implentation process was so seamless and made simple by their excellent onboarding staff. It is a comprehensive software which was made simple to use, and intuitive for someone not necessarily tech savvy. Flxpoint has allowed me to completely streamline the fulfillment aspect of my business, and has allowed me to process more orders and work with more suppliers than I was ever able to.
