I've been using it since February 2024 and was genuinely satisfied with the product. **What do you dislike about FlutterFlow?** The billing practices have completely broken my trust in FlutterFlow. In August 2025, I paid for one year of access to the Standard plan. In August 2026, FlutterFlow automatically renewed it and charged me $421. I never actively signed up for this new recurring subscription and never authorized a new recurring payment commitment. FlutterFlow unilaterally turned my purchase into a subscription. I immediately cancelled and requested a full refund, but so far, no one has replied. After more than two years as a satisfied customer, this is unacceptable. I am now looking for another solution to migrate my apps to. **What problems is FlutterFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?** FlutterFlow allows me to build and maintain mobile applications without being a professional developer. It makes app development much more accessible by providing a visual development environment while still offering enough flexibility to build relatively complex projects. For me, the main benefit has been the ability to turn my own ideas into functional applications without having to master the entire traditional development stack. ### 2. I've had to deal with them a few times in the last few months and it's getting worse and worse. You have to send an e-mail and you can wait between 3 and 14 days before getting a simple confirmation... then you have to wait again to get an answer.
