**What do you like best about Fluidworks?**

Fluid works have been great to work with. They have helped guide us in the best practice with using their product and been accommodating in needs that we have had.

The product is solid and it has been very helpful for us. 
They took care of our onboarding so it was easy to get up and running and refine the AI agent for our needs.

**What do you dislike about Fluidworks?**

We dont really have any downsides of working with them.
Some new features have taken a bit longer to come out, but thats expected of a newer company and getting it all up and running.

**What problems is Fluidworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluidworks has helped us have an agent available 24/7 so across multiple time zones people do not need to try and get an appointment in a calendar at odd hours.

Being an ai agent, its dynamic to ask it questions and get responses. it doesnt just go down one path. It really does respond to you and go down what you need

**What do you like best about Fluidworks?**

You're not forcing customers into a step-by-step, click-through tutorial that they're just going to speed through and forget. The in-product agent actually answers questions and guides customers, based on what they want to know. Not on what you think a customer wants to know. 

Implementation was fairly straightforward, the team assisted us whenever we needed their guidance.

We haven't yet integrated with slack and CRM, but we'll have those live soon.

**What do you dislike about Fluidworks?**

We were early adopters, so the product naturally had some challenges early on but the Fluidworks team were  incredibly fast at understanding our use case, resolving any issues and proactively recommending solutions.

**What problems is Fluidworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We sell a horizontal saas analytics product. This means that we don't have a one-size-fits-all use case. Our customers need onboarding and support to understand how to use our product to meet their needs. A static, click-through tutorial was not going to cut it for us. We've tried several of those product in the past. Fluidworks gives us a way to cater to our customers needs at scale.
