What do you like best about Fluent Forms?

Fluent Forms is very user-friendly. I appreciate that I can largely build my forms using its easy-to-use drag-n-drop editor. I also like how it enables you to easily customize different aspects of the form (i.e. the color of the submit button). What do you like best about Fluent Forms?

I've tried a bunch of form builders in the past. Fluent Forms is definitively the easiest one to use, yet it is full of powerful and versatile features. It has a variety of field types and an intuitive drag and drop interface to create your forms. You can set up simple or complex conditional logic and steps. What I like the most is the powerful post-submission actions (email notifications, webhooks, and various 3rd party integrations). Developers are dedicated, proactive and have been continuously improving their product. I use the premium version of Fluent Forms on all my sites, but even the free version is incredible. They have recently added a conversational form feature which is a huge game-changer. I'm really looking forward to being able to embed the forms into external websites. I had the play a few times with the code base and it's really easy to understand and build on top of it. It has hooks and filters everywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fluent Forms?

The conditional logic can be tricky to set up. The calculation and e-commerce fields are limited. It's sometimes hard to remember where a specific setting is. Sometimes the option is in the global settings, other times the setting is in the form settings or in a tab of the form. They have created a bunch of 3rd party integrations and are actively developing new ones. However, they sometimes took shortcuts with the various API that lead to issues and missing features in the past. The dev team has grown and now fixes the few bugs here and there quickly. Fluent Forms is definitively the most powerful and easy-to-use form plugin out there. Start with their free version to see how the workflow works. What do you like best about Fluent Forms?

With WP Fluent Form I rarely feel there is a boundary of what I want to achieve, seriously the limit is the sky, this is actually what I can call a form builder and with the unique collection of integrations I feel like there are geniuses behind the WPFF developments.

I love the integration with Elementor page builder, essential add-on for a professional customization of the form, Gutenberg, and shortcodes which I believe can be added anywhere on the site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fluent Forms?

Nothing really that I can see.

It's not even tricky to start using from day one, but I believe it's just like another UI which you need to get used to and take off from there.

WP Fluent Form saves me hours and hours in developing forms, with the drag and drop fields I am able to finish the form in minutes.

What do you like best about Fluent Forms?

There are a lot of things you can do and its still very easy to use, especially with the drag and drop interface. The pre-made forms provided by Fluent save alot of time. It's suitable for complex and simple straightforward contact forms, making it suitable for all kinds of website projects. Support staff have answered the 1 or 2 questions Ive asked quickly. This plugin is easy to operate -- that's the most significant part I like above all. The documentation is the next big thing of this plugin where I can get answers to all my questions, with video, yes! When I make any change it can be seen right there on the backend. What do you like best about Fluent Forms?

The user interface of WP Fluent Form is really good. It wouldn't take someone more than a few minutes to get adept with the tool.

Moreover, the free version of this plugin comes with most of the features and functionalities one might look for in an effective form builder plugin.

If you are not satisfied with the free version, you can always go for the plugin's premium add-on. Unlike other plugins of this sort, WP Fluent Form provides an all-in-one solution. That is, whereas other plugins sell different premium add-ons separately, WP Fluent Form provide them in one package, that too in a very low price! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Although WP Fluent Form seems to be the apex of WordPress form builder plugins considering the features it offers and the pricing, there is an issue that yet needs to be addressed. As a web development firm, we often have to provide our clients with low-cost, yet effective solutions to their problems. As most of our clients aren't innate developers, we have to present them with solutions that a 5-year old can use!

Previously we had to rely on Contact Form 7 for this purpose. Though CF7 is a legend itself, the plugin's failure to keep up with time was costing us a huge amount of time providing customer support to our clients.

But since we started using WP Fluent Form, that downtime came down close to zero! As the plugin is already easy to use and comes with effective documentation (including video tutorials), now our clients help themselves and don't have to resort to us to solve their problems.

And as we have to work on several projects, WP Fluent Forms' pricing plan helped us a lot to bring down the costing. The Unlimited/Agency package they offer is comparatively very low than its market competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
