## Fluency Reviews
  ### 1. Fluency Experience - Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I like AI budgeting pacing, as it help me control monthly and overall spend much better, not to mention easier on my end. The software is also very user friendly with great costumer support. I use fluency to review my accounts once a day, and it is very easy to check. Implementation and integration is extremely easy as well with blueprint.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Some settings are hard to find, which makes the experience feel less fluid.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re making improvements to our implementation blueprints. Once that work is complete, it should be helpful for new launches.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! Feel free to clarify further on which settings are specifically hard to find and we can prioritize improving that experience for you.

  ### 2. An Integral HTML5 Ad QA Environment for Our Workflow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacob S. | Web Developer II, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

The ad QA environment is an integral part of our workflow.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

There are a few bugs in the QA environment. I emailed about them last week. Preview Account data fails to load consistently. Reload Table button resets the query. Unable to open query results in new window, so we are forced to go 'back' to select additional results, however, going 'back' also resets the query.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to QA HTML5 ads. The testing environment aligns well with realtime user experience.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Jacob, thanks for taking the time to leave a review! We appreciate your feedback and are glad our ad QA environment is such an integral part of your workflow! Our support team is currently investigating the bugs you reported last week, including the loading and query reset issues, to ensure our environment remains a reliable space for your HTML5 ad testing.

  ### 3. Easy to use, once you get used to it

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chap A. | Jr. Performance Marketing Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I like being able to see all my accounts in one place; being able to check performance, pacing, etc. The customizable dashboards, and notifications are really helpful too. Support is top-notch too.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Its a little tricky to get the hang of navigation, at first, but with a bit of use it becomes second nature.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having to constantly check, re-check, tweak, and optimize accounts and campaigns at scale. Bringing all my accounts, across multiple platforms, into one hime has been a gamechanger.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Chap, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Great to hear bringing all your accounts into one 'home' has been such a game-changer for your scaling efforts and that you’ve had a top-notch experience with our support team! While there can be a slight learning curve, we’re glad the navigation has become second nature and are always here to help if you ever need a quick refresher.

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I like that I can integrate and manage many clients in one platform. I'm able to create my own blueprints and use that to create multiple campaigns for several accounts. It also helps with managing your budget that way you don't overspend. It always available and very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

As time goes by we know that improvements to the platform will come and sometimes these change scan be a set back as you have to learn to navigate them especially when you area already familiar with the way certain things was.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency allows us to manage multiple campaigns at a larger scale for multiple clients at a time.

  ### 5. A Boon To Digital Marketers

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannah P. | Paid Search Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Fluency has provided us with a number of robust tools to manage our clients more effectively. It offers campaign management, budgeting and reporting features, with a hearty notification center.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

The blueprint process has been challenging to navigate for our agency. I believe it will be helpful in the long run, but we've hit some roadblocks with implementation thus far.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency has already freed up a lot of time for us to better manage our accounts. The myriad pacing strategies allow us to easily manage budgeting for our clients, while in-platform notifications alert us to shifts in performance or other improvements we could make at a glance.

  ### 6. Fluency: Streamlining Campaign Management with Ease

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Drew P. | Agency Principal, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

After using Fluency for several months, it’s become a game-changer for our team. The platform’s ability to streamline campaign building and management across multiple ad platforms in one centralized interface has saved us significant time and effort. The standout feature is the budget pacing tool, which ensures our ad spend is distributed evenly and effectively, eliminating the stress of overspending or underspending. Managing multiple campaigns is now seamless, with intuitive controls and real-time insights that keep everything on track. Fluency has truly simplified our workflow and boosted our efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

The platform can feel clunky to navigate at times and is less effective for highly customized campaigns, as its automation may struggle with non-standard setups.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency solves fragmented campaign management, budget oversight issues, and inefficient workflows by centralizing ad platform control and automating budget pacing. It saves us time, ensures financial accuracy, and streamlines multiple campaign operations, boosting productivity.

**Official Response from Mike Lane:**

> Hi Drew, thanks so much for the thoughtful review—we’re glad to hear Fluency is helping simplify your workflow and boost efficiency. We appreciate the feedback on custom campaigns and navigation, and we’ll keep it in mind as we continue improving the platform.

  ### 7. Fluency for better optimization for Search

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shaun W. | Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Using Fluency for Business has been a game-changer for our digital marketing strategy. The platform is intuitive, easy to navigate, and offers powerful automation tools that save us time and boost campaign performance. We’ve seen a noticeable improvement in ad efficiency and audience targeting since implementing it. Their support team is responsive and helpful whenever we have questions. Highly recommend Fluency for any business looking to streamline and scale their advertising efforts!

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Fluency for Business has helped streamline parts of our advertising workflow, and the automation tools are definitely useful. However, the platform’s layout could use some improvement. The interface feels cluttered, with too many tabs and a format that isn’t always intuitive. It takes time to get used to navigating everything efficiently. That said, once you’re familiar with it, the features can still deliver value—just be prepared for a bit of a learning curve.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data Fragmentation
– Combines performance data into one place, helping you avoid jumping between platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).

  ### 8. Impressive Automation, But Blueprints and UI Need Flexibility

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

The automation features are impressive and truly help simplify the process of launching a product. I find that it provides a well-organized pacing and a reliable notification system, which makes the whole experience smoother.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I find that the Blueprints are quite restrictive, which makes it unnecessarily hard to make quick changes to campaigns. I also wish the user interface were more intuitive, and that it was easier to move seamlessly between Fluency and the marketing platform.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are really meeting the need is simplifying launch steps of a campaign

  ### 9. Making Life Easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel H. | Team Lead - Campaign and Brand Management, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Fluency's budgeting tool helps us keep on track, and when necessary, make quick changes to accommodate clients.

Other built in tools let us change all other aspects of our campaigns quickly. Gone are the days of spending multiple hours doing repetitive tasks.

The support team has been phenomenal as well.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Everything exists inside the platform, but finding the exact button you need can take some trial and error.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency lets us make changes quickly, and their budgeting tool helps us keep on pace.

  ### 10. Budget and Pacing Updates Make This a Standout Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Miguel B. | Paid Search Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

budget and pacing updates strategies are realy helpful

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

UI can get realy messy sometimes, its easy to get lost with a lot of things in the screem

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

pacing checkups and redefine strategies

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Miguel, it’s great to hear that our budget and pacing strategies are providing such a standout experience for your campaign management! We appreciate your feedback on the interface and are continuously working to streamline the UI to ensure our platform remains powerful without feeling cluttered.

  ### 11. Seems Great So Far

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessie F. | Marketing Scientist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I like how I can manage all my accounts in one dashboard. Making changes to multiple accounts at once is much easier than before. I am still learning the platform, and there's aw LOT to learn. But I also really like the message of the day to be able to share with clients. Dan has been amazing and patient teaching our team all about how to use Fluency

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

There's so many features that I'm unsure abouyt. The locking feature doesn't always make sense. Sometimes I want to make changes directly within the Google Ads platofrm, and I wish those changes would be imported automatically

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's saving time when it comes to budget management and managing multiple accounts with ease.

**Official Response from Mike Lane:**

> Hi Jessie, thank you so much for your insightful feedback! We’re thrilled to hear that Fluency is helping you manage all your accounts in one dashboard and simplifying the process of making changes across multiple accounts. It’s great to know that features like the "message of the day" are also helping with client communication. We completely understand that there’s a lot to learn with the platform, if there's any features you're still getting comfortable with, we encourage you to reach out to Dan and the team to get the most out of Fluency. Thanks again for your review!

  ### 12. How Fluency Helps My Day-to-Day

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Fluency automates many of the time-consuming tasks I take on daily as a Pay-per-Click Specialist. This frees up valuable time for me to focus on strategy and execution, rather than spending most of my day with things like updating account budgets for over 50 clients. Tasks that used to take me hours are now possible with a few clicks in Fluency, which has made my job managing numerous clients much easier!

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

There is a lot to do in Fluency, therefore it can be confusing at first to navigate and comprehend everything within the platform. It takes some time using Fluency to really start understanding how powerful it can be.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency handles a lot of the mundane tasks for my accounts and allows me to spend most of my time on actually improving campaigns rather than things like updating account settings for hours.

  ### 13. Lots of possibility and improved efficiency

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isaac M. | Digital Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

First and foremost, Fluency's platform is what you make it. Onboarding was incredible and their team make it very fluid and make themsleves available for any questions. The tools and UI do a great job of mimicking the traditional ad platforms just enough to be familiar while utilizing better work flows and automation to complete tasks much faster. It does take some getting used to as some of the terminology for certain tools or aspects does not line up perfectly with their native platform counterparts. But this is to be expected with a platform that centralizes all of your ad management. Overall, our agency has seen a significant improvement in our ability to quickly and consistantly onboard new clients and launch new campaigns using Fluency. We now use Fluency on an ongoing daily basis and have also seen our ability to optimize campaigns and control budget pacing significantly improve.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

The few areas where we see room for improvement are as follows: some minor tasks like adding or switching out creative assets can be a bit cumbersome in comparison to the native platform's tools. For instance, when adding a creative image in a FB ad natively, you are able to add it and choose placements and optimizations all in essentially one place/section. Whereas with Fluency, you will need to navigate to multiple different sections to adjust elements like Placements, Optimizations, etc. But this represents more of a necessity/burden on the user to learn a new process than it does a mistake on Fluency for their layout (again, the platform is what you make it). Lastly, the only real problem we have had is that we frequently run "Experiment" campaigns in Google Ads to A/B test various elements of our Advertising and Fluency does not have a native way to set these up or make ongoing edits/changes. So any experiments have to be created and optimized natively in Google Ads. Fluency is able to pull this information into their system for us after the fact so we are able to track the data and performance of these experiments in the Fluency platform, but differentiating the test campaigns can be harder inside the Fluency platform.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Launching new campaigns is faster and more consistent, Optimizations are mostly faster and easier to accomplish on an ongoing basis, allocating marketing budgets to the best performing campaigns is a breeze, budget pacing is incredible and way more robust than natively in the idividual platforms.

  ### 14. Massively Flexible Automation & Management for Multi-Platform Digital Ad Campaign Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Doug M. | Owner / Operator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Blueprints and External Data Sources are the true power of Fluency. With these two features alone, it justifies the cost. Add to that some of the most in-depth reporting creation and automation and you've got a winning package for agencies managing large client bases who need to be able to do bulk management and automation across all campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Their UI is a little difficult to navigate at first, but they've been making big strides in improving the overall UX in the past year. They also have a very particular philosophy when it comes to budget management which may or may not jive with how your agency handles allocations on behalf of clients. This is a pretty minor hurdle to clear, though, and the automation and bulk management features definitely outweigh any potential downsides listed here.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency allows for management of campaigns across a large number of clients, and automates a lot of the manual tasks of day-to-day management and maintenance of digital advertising. It's a key part of my agency's software stack.

**Official Response from Mike Lane:**

> Hi Doug, we appreciate your thoughtful review and how Blueprints and External Data Sources are making such a positive impact on managing your large client base more effectively. We appreciate your feedback on the UI and budget management philosophy—we’re always working to enhance the user experience to better meet your needs. Thanks again for the detailed review and being part of Fluency!

  ### 15. Great so far!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leigh Ann L. | Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

We started on Fluency a few months ago and has helped a ton with larger scale view of our accounts. Finding issues in accounts quickly for us and giving solutions for easy fixes! Also enjoy the option to bulk create and launch accounts.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

My least favorite part about Fluency is adding or removing Keywords. The current setup is not very user-friendly and it's hard to do what you want quickly. Also trying to edit anything currently in there, there isnt an option to edit a keyword.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pacing - saves a ton of time ensuring even budget pacing

**Official Response from Mike Lane:**

> Hi Leigh Ann, thank you for your feedback. Glad to hear you're experiencing the time-savings of Fluency! As for your note on keywords, you can adjust these - I would encourage you to work with your AE as they can help you troubleshoot this.

  ### 16. Fluency is like having an extra Ad Operations employee

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bradley R. | Associate Director YouTube Ads, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

What I like most about Fluency is once the initial setup of the campaigns is done and the blueprints are created...The campaigns literally take like 15 minutes to publish. Also another great part about Fluency is the actual service that was provided. Josh Baron has great Customer Service and if he doesn't know the answer he finds out. He is incredibly thorough and detailed with his responses and follow ups.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I would say the only thing that I dislike about Fluency is the initial implementation can be ambiguous at times. This is only because of the unfamiliarity with navigating the platform as well as the wide range of differences in campaign builds and setups that we have for clients. This can cause minor hiccups in the initial setup because of the subtle nuances of campaign builds.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The time it takes to apply tags to my ads. CM360 tracking is such a pain to implement in bulk. Fluency makes it way easier. Also the blueprint setup makes my life easier knowing that it's one less thing I have to worry about for QA because I know it will be exactly the same.

**Official Response from Mike Lane:**

> Hi Bradley, thank you for sharing your positive experience us! It's great to hear that Fluency is saving you time and we're happy to hear that you find our platform efficient and user-friendly once campaigns are set up. We appreciate your kind words about Josh's customer service - our team strives to provide thorough and detailed support to all our clients.

We completely understand that the initial implementation can feel a bit ambiguous, especially with the wide variety of campaign builds and setups you’re working with. We’re always looking for ways to make the onboarding process smoother, and your feedback will help us improve this for future users. If you have any more feedback or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out. Thank you for partnering with Fluency!

  ### 17. Powerful ad automation and syndication tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan T. | Advertising Process Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Fluency makes it extremely easy to design and implement campaign strategies across a number of similar verticals through the use of blueprinting. The system takes a bit of time to learn all the intricacies of proper taggings, filtering, and adding specific data sources but once mastered we could easily launch dozens of campaigns and ads to multiple clients at once.
The manage account dashboard allows you to quickly review a portfolio of accounts to identify those that are excelling or struggling, and any quick updates such as budgets, pausing/activating campaigns or ads can all be done within Fluency.
Their customer support is top notch and you're assigned a solutions architect and primary point of contact after onboarding to answer ongoing questions and learn about any new features. We've found our rep to be knowledgeable both about the platform but also ad management on both Meta and Google. Their quick to document feature requests or bug tickets, and share best practices that other Fluency customers are using.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

They've recently changed their UI, and while we understand the reasoning behind some of the updates there are some we don't quite approve of. The navigation in the system can be confusing, and there is a decent amount of Fluency-specific nomenclature to learn both within managing account budgets and within blueprinting.
Some of the budget management and pacing features can be confusing for new client or campaign launches mid-month. Improving the documentation around this and pacing in general would be helpful.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency allows us to manage advertising for franchise businesses or specific verticals where we need to deploy specific strategies across a large number of accounts, campaigns, and ads. It help to automate pacing and manage ad spend so we never exceed our client budgets. It allows us to quickly A/B test multiple campaigns and ads without doing each test one by one.

**Official Response from Mike Lane:**

> Thank you so much for your detailed and thoughtful feedback! We’re so glad to hear that Fluency is helping you design and implement campaign strategies across multiple clients with ease, especially through the use of Blueprints. It’s great that the manage account dashboard is making it simple to monitor performance and make quick updates.

Regarding your feedback on the recent UI changes, we really appreciate your input. We understand that updates can take some time to adjust to - since we’re always working to improve, the user forum is a great place to share your thoughts directly with us. If you haven't yet, we encourage you to use the forum to submit feature requests or suggestions as this helps us prioritize what to tackle next.

Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience - we’re excited to continue supporting your team in managing your campaigns more efficiently.

  ### 18. Fluency saves our agency a lot of time on the back end but does have standard growing pains.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul C. | Senior Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Our agency specializes in Franchise brands and multi-location businesses and Fluency allows us to develop strategies for an entire brand that can be rolled out to countless locations rapidly and seamlessly, saving us time (the most precious resource in an agency environment) to do the strategic work our clients need to succeed in a changing media environment.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

There are some growing pains as the platform is developed to support varying industries and agency setups. The current reporting system is severely limited as well. Fluency has been very open about constantly working on improving as they go though which is fantastic!

Additionally, the ability to use conditional logic (if/then/else statements) in Blueprints is currently limited and requires a bit of out of the box thinking to setup. Things tend to get updated that can break existing Blueprints without any notice given.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time cost for setups within franchise networks. Fluency's blueprints are far faster, stronger, and more flexible than our previous methods (using Editor to duplicate a template, adjusting local copy or using Facebook's excel sheets for campaign builds). Fluency also does a much better job of rolling up the data for us than the ad platforms do.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Paul, we appreciate your feedback on the benefits of using Fluency for your agency, especially in saving time for developing strategies for franchise brands and multi-location businesses. We understand the importance of a robust reporting system and the need for more flexibility in conditional logic. We are continuously working on enhancing our platform to address these areas.

  ### 19. Fluency does a lot, but not as simply as I'd like.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Fluency offers a lot of features and the ability to do a lot of things in one place. I like the budget management options. The Fluency team has also been very supportive and accessible.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

The platform itself is not as intuitive as I would like. It's been a challenge to figure out how to do things in Fluency that I'm used to doing in ad platforms like Google and Facebook. There are also some ad platforms we use that aren't connected to Fluency, so it hasn't been quite the all-in-one solution I thought it would be.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better pacing of ad budgets. Campaign management in one place.

**Official Response from Mike Lane:**

> Thanks for the review! Great to hear you're seeing the benefits of budget management and getting strong support from the team. If you haven’t yet, check out Fluency Academy—we built it to help both new and experienced users get even more out of the platform especially for areas that may not be as intuitive.

  ### 20. Packed with features and easy to use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

-Navigating to different tools and settings can be done in numerous ways. Useful shortcuts often appear by simply hovering over the subject.

-The new UI is very easy to get familiar with, and logically structured.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

-This is miniscule, but when searching for an account, I have to change the drop-down from 'Show Active' to 'Show All' everytime I reload Fluency. This may also be a browser setting, unrelated to Fluency.

-The multi-select checkboxes reset if a settings/tool pane is opened. For example, if I select multiple campaigns by clicking the check box, then decide to open the 'Campaign Targeting' pane for any campaign, all the checkboxes are cleared.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ad platform creation, campaign building, call tracking setup, scheduled account launching. Fluency streamlines the process, saving hours of manual account building.

**Official Response from Mike Lane:**

  ### 21. Overall - Great Choice

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taylor M. | Manager, Paid Search, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

The best about fluency is, honestly, the support and quick response / turn around time given from the Fluency team and reps.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

One of the main things I wish was looked into, was the interface and to make it a little easier to navigate to specific items within Fluency that should be more "in your face" / easy to find.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest solve would probably be the budgeting tool. Super eacy to use and navigate.

**Official Response from Mike Lane:**

> Hi Taylor, we’re thrilled to hear that our customer support and response time are meeting your expectations! It’s also great to know that Fluency is having a positive impact on your budgeting process. If you have any specific feedback on how we can improve the interface or navigation, we encourage you to share your thoughts in our user forum. Your input helps us continue to enhance the platform. Thanks again for the valuable feedback.

  ### 22. My experience with Fluency has allowed me to better manage my campaigns, and I like the product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I like the notification it gives, like blocked keywords, non-serving sitelinks. I like that I can bulk optimize my campaigns and that it manages my budgets

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

It is sometimes confusing trying to take campaigns off read-only, and it takes a second for things to update. For example, I updated my non-serving site links yesterday, but they are still showing up as nonserving

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- It is helping me better otpimize my campaigns and manage budgets

**Official Response from Mike Lane:**

> Glad to hear you’re seeing improvements in your campaigns and gaining better control over your budgets with Fluency! For the issues you mentioned, feel free to reach out to your AE—they can help you get the read-only issue you mentioned sorted quickly.
