Customization Limits:

All in one platform, easily tracking the data and stats. We can easily share the relevant data with our employees using shared boards (which replace the sheets). I like this feature the most.

Every feature like tracking live session and interaction data, total calls they made with time duration on one particular day, call history of individual CGE, we can easily ensure that our CGE is following the day plan or we can alert them then and there itself.

1. It would be better if sharable boards are visible only to individual BDMs rather than everyone.

2. And once we share data on the sharable board, it would be much better if BDAs receive it in the same format with the same columns of categories.

1. While adding filters apart from date and time, we can have fields like today, yesterday, week, month, etc. which prevents us from editing the date on a day-to-day basis.

2. Integration of Knowlarity: If can have the present call status, whether they're on call or break, will be very helpful & details like whether it was canceled from the customer end or from the CGE end, etc.

3. Unable to track CGEs reminders, unable to see the reminders set by CGEs.

4. Customization can be brought into the Analytic section. Therefore based on the data a manager needs can be fetched.

5. Rather than graduating year in Education details, we can have the current year or current semester.

6. In the call section, if we can have the option to add fields it would be better.

7. Previous Assignees aren't visible. If the leads were assigned to other CGEs earlier that can't be fetched.

8. Meticulas Data: Need to have the availability of very detailed data for example DM call done with Mother or Father.

9. Incentive payout can be added so that CGEs can track their incentive and be motivated to move on to the next slab.

10. Can add more colors and icons so that it can be more presentable.

11. Lead can be selected as a bulk but deselection isn't available. Therefore have to deselect each lead manually.
