FlowTux is an AI helpdesk and ITSM platform that triages, diagnoses, and resolves tickets from Slack, WhatsApp, email, and error trackers such as Sentry and Datadog. Unlike tools that only suggest a fix, Tux AI reads your codebase to identify the likely root cause, runs allow-listed fixes on the device, and closes the ticket. It maps your repository once and keeps that map current as you merge, so triage always reflects your code as it is today. Around 50% of tickets resolve with no human involvement, with customers currently seeing 41% to 58% depending on how broadly they configure the action allow-list. Every remaining ticket reaches a person already diagnosed and routed to the right owner. FlowTux gives IT, Development, Design, Operations, Sales, and HR a single shared queue.
