FlowParse converts PDF bank statements, invoices and receipts into clean Excel, CSV or ready import files for QuickBooks (QBO), Quicken (QFX), OFX, MT940, Xero, Sage, DATEV, Zoho Books, NetSuite, MYOB, Wave, FreshBooks, FreeAgent, Tally and 1C. Built for accountants, bookkeepers and finance teams. Upload a digital PDF, a scan or a phone photo, one file or up to 100 at once. No templates to set up: it works with any bank and any layout. Every bank statement is checked against its own printed balances: opening balance plus all transactions must equal the closing balance, and any gap is flagged instead of being exported silently. Duplicate rows are flagged too. Invoices are checked for totals, VAT rates and VAT numbers. You can correct any cell in the preview before downloading. Smart Merge combines up to 100 statements into one Excel workbook, keeps the source file on every row and warns when a month is missing. Invoice-to-payment matching shows what is still unpaid. A REST API covers the same steps. EU servers, originals deleted after 30 days, documents never used for AI training. Most documents are ready in under a minute. Free plan: 10 pages a month, no card needed. Paid plans from €15/month.
