Flowo is an AI-powered calendar and task manager that turns chaos into an executable week. Connect Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook, dump your tasks and projects into Flowo's Brain Dump, and let the AI schedule deep work around your real meetings, deadlines, and energy levels. When plans change, one-click Reschedule rebuilds your entire week automatically — no manual replanning required. Flowo also includes custom timeslots, booking links, notes, and a morning daily brief to help you start each day with clarity. It's built for founders, freelancers, creators, and anyone who wants ADHD-friendly structure without the overhead of managing a planner by hand — a calmer, simpler alternative to Motion and Sunsama.
