It replaces paper, Excel lists and WhatsApp photos with structured processes that run on phone, tablet and in the browser – from the job site to the office. Field teams fill in forms on site: measurements, timesheets, site diaries, job reports, inspections, maintenance protocols and QM audits, with photos, signatures and an instant PDF report for the customer. The office sees every submission right away, plans jobs in the calendar and turns measurements and hours into invoices without retyping. Forms are built by drag and drop or simply described in one sentence to the AI. Ready-made templates cover roofers, plumbing and heating, electricians, painters, tilers, carpenters and joiners, timber construction, construction companies and building cleaning, and every template can be adapted. Workflows connect the steps between field and office, with users, groups and roles controlling who sees and approves what. Document control according to ISO 9001 clause 7.5: procedures, work instructions and form templates go through a fixed review and approval workflow with deadlines. Every revision keeps its reason for change, approved revisions are locked, periodic reviews make sure nothing goes out of date, and the full history serves as audit trail. Word documents can be edited right in the browser. Document control is part of the Enterprise plan and can also be used on its own, without forms and jobs.
