What do you like best about FlowMattic?

Works within wordpress, so it can easily access any inbuilt WP functions or custom functions and use them in you flow. It's easy to use and already has many alot of useful integrations built. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FlowMattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use it to turn emails along with their attachments into CPT for record management in a resident association website. I also use it to download entries to an in-house CRM. What do you like best about FlowMattic?

This tool is very well designed in terms of UX and capabilities. A person who has no technical knowledge can do his/her flow and thus automate his/her work.

If there are more difficult topics, the support is amazing.

What do you dislike about FlowMattic?

To be honest, I did not notice any disadvantages of this solution.

What problems is FlowMattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have two online wholesalers and an online retail store on WordPress. I use a few marketing plugins for operation. However, all the business logic for handling orders is in the ERP system. Thanks to FlowMattic, I can combine it all and manage the data flow. Thanks to this, a change in the ERP system causes changes in WordPress, e.g. sending an email through the system to the newsletter. But also a change in the newsletter sending plugin causes a change in the CRM plugin. Without FlowMattic, such data flow between plugins is impossible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zapier Alternative Inside WordPress Website"

What do you like best about FlowMattic?

It's easy to use, options are self-explanatory. FlowMattic has some very unique modules, like routers, iterators, and - one of the most useful ones - an API module. So, it's possible to connect a WordPress website with any SaaS and share data between them. I can't recall if any other WordPress automation tool allows that.

And it's still a very new product, thus I expect it to grow further!

One additional thing, the support was great. Nitin, the founder, has added a new feature I've asked for practically overnight. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FlowMattic?

The best parts of Flowmattic

1-user interface is great and intuitive

2-unlimited tasks is HUGE

3-Founder is pushing out integrations at a great pace making it more and more useful by the day.

What do you dislike about FlowMattic?

No real dislikes. I because a user almost on day one, so knew that integrations take time, but they have been putting them out very quickly, so while I don't have all my integrations done yet, I have a lot of them and the rest are coming. Recommendations to others considering FlowMattic:

Get it. Great product, great team, and the integrations are coming like a flood. So if they don't have one you need yet, ask them, and it will come soon. Very fast iterating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Awesome Wordpress Automation Plugin"

What do you like best about FlowMattic?

I got FlowMattic as LTD with unlimited domains at a very fair price. It is pretty intuitive (I am not a techie) and I was able to start using it on my production site within 30 minutes. The team has an extremely high speed of developing new integrations. The founder, Nitin, is very responsive and you can write him directly via messenger. You can send them requests and when other users are upvoting it you will see it developed in about 1-2 weeks. My automations are working fully stable. You can activate and deactivate each integration. The founder is such a nice and polite guy, I am always happy chatting with him. We are using FlowMattic on all our sites and recommend it to all our business clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FlowMattic?

There have been some small problems at the beginning (some weeks after FlowMattic went live in March 2022), mainly because of cron jobs of my hoster Cloudways. We did the debugging together live via messenger in the middle of the night (1 a.m. for Nitin it was 5 am). But then it worked perfectly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FlowMattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

At the moment I don't need any more Zapier, Integrately, Integromat and Pabbly. Hence, I don't have to spend money for those services. Obviously, this depends on the automations you need. The most important supported integrations for me are Wordpress core, incoming/outgoing webhooks, Fluent CRM, Fluent Forms, TuCalendi, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Elementor.
