We are happy to have this great tool for our company! For internal communication, it's great! We use the billing aspect, projects, the to-do list, the rush in agile mode, the Gmail integration, the mindmap which is an essential tool to clarify processes, and finally the knowledge base for the team and clients. Keeping things centralized has been somethings I've wanted for a while. As soon this I got excited and bought it right away. A friend of mine has over 300 team members that they migrated to the platform after being dedicated to wrike for years. on a zoom, I saw how the tool was strong in creating workflows. I got advice from a friend in FB Group to get this but I would be skeptical as there are many PM apps out there. I myself also got quite a few (Bloo, StarInfinity, Plutio etc), and consider to commit to myself "no more PM app". But I cannot resist when I saw the introduction video. Flowlu is soooo overwhelming at the first look (counted to almost 20 apps - WOW). I could not believe that all functions I want are there. Apart from the core PM module (must-have), I have CRM (Opportunities management), Finance management (from Estimates to Invoices and Cashflows), Knowledge Base management. And Agile Projects and Mindmaps are quite nice bonuses. **What do you dislike about Flowlu?** It would take sometimes to learn and be familiar with all of those functions. But I can see the tutorial and help systems are quite neat and well-organized (impressively overwhelming again). If Flowlu can also settle the followings, it would be very hard to beat (not so difficult I believe): - Timesheet - More storage (please - the new 1TB limit is much better but for unlimited users it would not be enough) - More "granular" permission system (for each company created / client etc. - may be I have not yet fully explored that part, yet) **What problems is Flowlu solving and how is that benefiting you?** Core PM module (must-have), CRM (Opportunities management), Finance management (from Estimates to Invoices and Cashflows), Knowledge Base management. I plan to use it mainly as a client portal and CRM. I have done a lot of research before going with their Enterprise plan as it offers unlimited seats and many features on their roadmap. They seem to be very generous of the features by offering unlimited seats. **What do you dislike about Flowlu?** While it offers a lot of features, I don't think some are very polished. There is room for improvements such as the invoicing/account feature. I would prefer to stick with Quickbooks for that. **What problems is Flowlu solving and how is that benefiting you?** CRM. Flowlu’s UI is a lot less bloated, and it’s not crammed with unnecessary features. The core functionality of Bitrix and Flowlu is pretty much the same, and Flowlu also has automations, which was important to me. I got it for a one-time fee and the value for money is mindblowing, but I think even the regular subscription fees are reasonable and fairly priced.
