Plenty of videos and text docs to follow. I was up and running in a matter of hours. I like that I can now drop all of my separate apps. Flowlu has, amongst other things, time tracking, accounting, invoicing software, and project management, and CRM all in one. **What do you dislike about Flowlu?** So far, I haven't found any negatives 🤷🏻‍♂️ I'm sure it doesn't do everything, but in my case, it does tick all the boxes. **What problems is Flowlu solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem was all my data was all over the place. PM itself can link to clients, invoices, payments either IN or OUT. Record listing is such a perfect tool to create record of different supplier and only assigned user can view it which is perfection itself. the list can be customize with drag and drop. Tracing of finance become fun and super easy to use. files can attach with invoices, payment slips can attach as proof. Project workload shows overall loads of work every employee have which we never seen in other applications. Mobile app and its notification is such great tool to keep projects in line and in time manner by setting reminders which pop. up directly on phone. ### 4. The possibilities that Flowlu offers have absolutely convinced me. Creating customers, projects and tasks is easy and intuitive. I can create employees, assign them individual tasks and control their access rights very precisely. There are several ways to set costs and revenues for projects and individual tasks. These can be set globally, but can also be overridden at the project level. At the end of a project there is the possibility to write invoices. This way you always keep track of your finances. There are also some other interesting features, such as creating a knowledge base and mind maps. I couldn't test everything in detail yet, but I'm already using Flowlu in active use and haven't had any problems so far. The support was also very quick to help with some beginner questions. Especially worth mentioning is that there is also the possibility to connect your own subdomain. It's a simple step-by-step set-up process so you can take it at your own pace. The product roadmap seems very exciting so keep those updates and enhancements coming including more integrations. Flowlu is a complete program for the company, you can manage much of the activities of the company from this application. **What do you dislike about Flowlu?** I really have no complaints about this program, it works correctly, your latest updates have improved this application. The project task tool stands out, managing document budgets and everything to know the expenses made by users, areas, and finances in general. The service improves sales within the company because it also has a tool to record this feature. **What do you dislike about Flowlu?** We don't have problems with the system, however, we believe that certain features that Flowlu has, for example, can be improved, such as creating an invoice which can be annoying to transfer all the service data from Excel to the system, since it is not possible to copy it and add it to the system. **Recommendations to others considering Flowlu:** We recommend it to all companies because it is a very comprehensive dashboard that would be of great help in task management within the company. One of my favorite features of the task management is the ability to make templates for common tasks, including all of the smaller steps that need to be completed for each task. **What do you dislike about Flowlu?** The one feature that would make me feel the most comfortable investing a larger block of time into the application would be the ability to export knowledge base (and task) data. It makes me a little leery to invest a lot of time adding knowledge base articles if I cannot export them for use down the road if I were to move away from this application and/or just to have as a backup. **What problems is Flowlu solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have been searching for a knowledge base that is easy to search and keep up to date. Flowlu has solved that issue.
