We are happy with the automation, project management, workflows, email inclusivity feature, and likewise every other feature. It is really a platform to rely on for your business management. **What do you dislike about Flowlu?** With the speed at which this platform is improving, I feel by the time I am writing any concerns with them, the team would most likely have been working on that aspect of the software. The only issue I feel is the lack of resources to understand the platform in detail for a beginner and that is justified because they are including new features aggressively and they shall do the documentation and tutorials only when all the modules are connected to this giant setup. **What problems is Flowlu solving and how is that benefiting you?** Overall, we are extremely happy with the platform and its features. Flowlu integrates seamlessly with both of my Gmail accounts and my Google Calendar, as well as pulling in my Contacts. It seamlessly links emails and calendar events with contacts, integrates naturally with the task and project management functionality, and allows customization to add any additional information I want.Flowlu's Knowledgebase is very comprehensive - both for learning the tool as well as for creating your own knowledgebases. On top of all that, it also includes integrated Mindmapping, a robust Knowledgebase, and Mobile Apps. And it does all this without skimping or cutting corners in any area, along with providing a lot of flexibility and customization. The UI is well thought out, and it's easy to take it a step at a time using only particular features to avoid overwhelm. **What do you dislike about Flowlu?** Nothing, really. I think the product can continue to be improved on. There are certain sections of the UI that I'd like to switch back and forth from more easily or see side-by-side. Also, I'd love to see a native Office365 integration for pulling in email and Calendar events (and contacts). **What problems is Flowlu solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem that Flowlu has been instrumental in solving has been its integrated, simple, and intuitive CRM so that I can keep track of conversations with coaching clients, mentees, & mentors. The integration with Gmail/Gsuite/Google Calendar is phenomenal. It does a fantastic job of linking everything up and presenting it in one place to stay on top of all the communication and events, which saves a lot of time. I can see getting many benefits in the future using the Project Management, Knowledgebase, & Mindmapping functionality. ### 4. It was about time we started using everything under one window and cut costs. The additional facility of having a custom domain and the IP whitelisting makes our internal using of the tool, a bit more secure. Task management along with time tracking is helpful. The best thing is that it has GTD and Kanban together. We found that the invoices are fully customizable and we liked the additional benefit of having custom fields. Thank goodness the roadmap looks promising too. **What do you dislike about Flowlu?** Limited features in the mobile app. Also, we found that the website serves a bit slow on our end. Maybe they need a better CDN for our region. The interface is essential for fast use, and Flowlu nailed it with me. There are a few things that I miss from my old CRM, but hopefully, they'll get implemented in Flowlu down the road. (they have to do with white-labeling the app) Overall, it's a much better CRM for me. I'm happy that I've made the switch. It saves me a lot of time that I've wasted on administrational activities. All I'm waiting for now is for them to release a Customer Interface. If they do that, then it will really cover all the remaining essentials that I need. **What do you dislike about Flowlu?** I can't say I "dislike" anything at the moment, but I would love it if they could implement a Customer Interface so that I can close the circle entirely with my customers. (I use a lot of different apps combined with short-urls to make it seem like clients stay inside my loop, but it takes a lot of time to set this up) **Recommendations to others considering Flowlu:** If you're in the Web Development & Online Marketing business, looking for a CRM I'd say that this software is going to help a lot! This is the most conclusive Project Management that you can find out there. What's really interesting is that it has Finance section to create invoice, and estimate. I don't have to use WaveApp to do this and import it to my CRM or other Project Management. Besides, I don't have Quickbooks or other accounting apps for now, this does what I need as a small web and app development start-up. I don't like to complicate my workflows with many CRMs and Project Management tools, and other web-app. Flowlu really takes all the headaches away because it has everything I need at this moment and more. My small team is already so excited to use this! Thank you for making this product affordable and available to me! **What do you dislike about Flowlu?** So far nothing, the Customer Support responded even during weekends. That's fantastic!! **What problems is Flowlu solving and how is that benefiting you?** I solved one of the great hurdle of working on various webapps and switching between one to the other. I just need one straight-forward tool to manage my projects, discussed it with my team, and create estimates and invoices for clients. It links to my PayPal and other payment accounts too. But every time I ended up missing core features to my business. I had to rely on several software applications to help me with my data. And using several software applications will give you human errors... I found Flowlu at Appsumo and I bought a code to try it out. And oh boy! I fell in love with Flowlu! I immediately stacked 5 more codes, just to have more storage and to give my support. I began transferring my data from multiple software applications and could cancel multiple subscriptions (that felt so good!) and was stunned by the options I found to be included in Flowlu. The roadmap solved some missing features (minor) I found and are already planned. I really am so happy I found Flowlu! Now I can work the way my mind works, organized in one space. Even my employees love Flowlu, and that never happened before. I can't wait for the Customer Portal, so I can fully use Flowlu. And the support! Really helpful docs, video's and walkthroughs. The documentation is so absolute complete, walks you through every step with easy to follow images and video's. I didn't find something and asked the support desk, they helped me, even thinking with me to solve the use case I presented. **What do you dislike about Flowlu?** I am missing the customer portal, but it is already planned :-) **What problems is Flowlu solving and how is that benefiting you?** It replaced multiple software applications and reduced the switching in multiple applications. ### 9. Flowlu is exactly what we have been looking for to manage our growing business. Flowlu allows us to have all our systems in one place and easily integrates with other tools we are using. If you want to be able to manage your business from one spot, this is the tool you need. My favourite tools are: CRM (of course!), finance tools, mind maps and the soon to come client portal which I am sure is going to blow our mind. The Flowlu team is very responsive and listens to users. They also provide great use case examples in their Facebook group. **What do you dislike about Flowlu?** If you do not follow the onboarding and try to set it up yourself, you may miss some important features. Invoicing isn't as intuitive as I'd hoped, I couldn't figure out how to create an invoice on the fly. I'm out and about most of the time and would like to enter invoices from my phone. The reason i like Flowlu not only the user friendly interface but the CRM, project & tasks management, email, knowledge base, mind mapping which are it's important to me. i recently just discovered that under the profile we can choose side bar menu or header menu which is kind of refreshing and fun to use. Setup is simple. i gotten full stack and looking forward to the features and implementation mentioned in the roadmap. **What do you dislike about Flowlu?** currently the function under user permission is only available as 2 tier system, admin and employee. i would love to see 3 tier system like admin, manager and emplyoee. **What problems is Flowlu solving and how is that benefiting you?** better management and follow up with my clients and data. the sales funnel is very helpful with nice kaban view. ### 12. I LOVE that I can mark off each calendar event as a completed task. I used to delete no-shows or had to write notes in external locations so clients wouldnt see my notes. Flowlu fit like a glove. The onboarding checklist is so simple yet genius. The Pabbly integrations are wonderfully simple to configure via Flowlu. I have tried many different products, as well as manual methods, and I have found Flowlu to be the best solution that I have found. I can configure Flowlu with my preferences, I can remove the parts I don't need or ignore them, and nothing is forcing me to adopt a specific approach. I have a vast mix of clients, and a single approach simply doesn't fit them, but for the first time, I've found a system that doesn't fall apart or overcomplicate that need. I like the look and feel of the system. It all makes sense and doesn't need hours of a steep learning curve to start making use of it. Where I add projects, I can add organisation and people all within the same space, I don't have to fully think about every step before I start. I can use the information I have to hand to get started and then complete the rest later. I can also customise, including white-label, and can configure it for the specific of each client.I also feel that I could introduce clients to it very quickly without worrying about giving them hours of my time to help them learn the system. **What do you dislike about Flowlu?** The only downsides for me right now are the lack of a customer portal, but it's in the roadmap for this year, so am happy to wait. I would have preferred an iPad app rather than having to use a phone app on my iPad, but using the browser works fine as it's a larger iPad and so again I can live with that. **What problems is Flowlu solving and how is that benefiting you?** I run very small projects for charities and community groups that tend to run for a long time and be quite bitty in nature so whilst they might be very busy initially, they taper off over a long time, but I still want to manage them in a specific way. This allows me to plan properly and record all the information that's sprayed all over various software and in notes and on paper from meetings, here I can easily store everything about my clients in one place regardless of the types of information. I also hope in the future to be able to use Flowlu to support volunteering efforts in my local community by using the software with the other volunteers I work with to better plan their projects. All of these projects have no budget and so being able to use Flowlu will bring them a massive advantage. ### 17. The learning curve --> The software does take a bit of getting used to but once you have it down, things all start making sense. 2. Nor have the money to. Each option can take a reasonable chunk out of the budget every single month (because who can normally afford to buy everything up front?). Then you have the complexity of integration so everything works seamlessly, so more not-so-inexpensive tech support $$. And different apps to open, systems to learn. An overwhelming but critical part of a new business. LTD's can be the go-to for cost-effective options. But with Flowlu, multiple browser tabs of 'similar (but not really) LTD's deals got shut down in a heartbeat. Because the Flowlu dashboard is the Mother Ship. Like, HOW could one app do so much? And everything connect and overlap with the next function with limited technology required? The Mobile App V2 is a work-in-progress but the Flowlu team seem pretty agile and responsive to the feedback and are building a product that can be tailored (and branded!) to every business. Each one has its limitations. Flowlu is the only one that is allowing me to do what I need it to do. Here are a few reasons to get it now: First, it syncs with your gsuite account so you can match your emails to your opportunities. When email is the core place for communication, why don't other platforms allow this? Second, Flowlu lets you design advanced workflows with its automation and webhook features. Third, it generates beautiful invoices that is sent from your own email. Finally, the user experience is so intuitive. As a bonus, the founder is very attentive in the Flowlu Facebook forum. The Flowlu team is doing all the right things. This is the centerpiece for my sales operations. **What do you dislike about Flowlu?** I have nothing negative to say about Flowlu (and I'm trying really hard to think about one). The Flowlu app is well thought out solution for small business project management. Tieing in the key features for planning, billing, and implementing stops the jigsaw puzzle of apps we've been using previously. Added bonus was the mindmap app. Love the community and very strong involvement from Max the founder. This is something I've previously seen silence once you've bought into a solution. The Flowlu team is responsive and constantly updating new features. Big kudos for the onboarding service that gets you using the app. **What do you dislike about Flowlu?** No issues have come out of our usage so far. **Recommendations to others considering Flowlu:** A key thing with any software is to give yourself time to do the trial and check it works for your workflow. Update: support fixed this and this is no longer an issue - A team invite confirmation email went straight to the spam folder - Webforms seem plan at this stage. More granular detail and options would be amazing incl. behavioural triggers.
