It’s amazing, but it has a learning curve and I am looking for in detailed demonstrative video tutorials and lots more use cases and demonstrations in a real business situation. The CRM is pretty good, comparable to a dedicated CRM. The Invoice module has many and it is also very smart. The mind-mapping module is good to go. The customization is great, sometimes overwhelming as it gives so many options. But it's good once you know where it is. The chat support is also very helpful. Flowlu provides a lot of functions in an all-in-one package, that allows a business owner (or administrator) a single, simple place to manage projects, financials, clients and most of the day-to-day business administration functions with his/her team. Currently, all users can see the CRM, which means that specific "project guests" (when one deals with multiple clients) also have access to the centralised CRM. The calendar currently integrates only with Google Calendar, which is not ideal. Time tracking is only available per task, but not collatable by project. Only 1 assignee per task in a project. The single dashboard where we can see each team member's availability, the business and project's progress, and the ability to rapidly spin up new projects using Flowlu's built-in Agile templates have shortened our project onboarding times considerably. The ability to handle invoicing, project management and resource allocation from the same platform as your task scheduler, CRM, inventory and more makes Flowlu a great addition to any small-to-medium business. What I like most about the application is that there's a lot of customization and personalization possibilities so you can customize the platform to fit your business situation. You can also turn modules on or off to make it less cluttered if you do not use certain features. The UI/UX is very clean and intuitive, and onboarding very straightforward. I like that it has a vast number of customizable options and API access through Integrately. It seems to have unlimited opportunity for expansion. Even though I seem to already have far too many apps that can adequately handle my limited PM and CRM needs, (Plutio, NiftyPM, Workiom, Infinity, CompanyHub) I was drawn to Flowlu first by the user enthusiasm but then came back to stack more simply because the sheer complexity of it, even at this early stage, made it seem like a powerhouse that I'd regret not getting. Once you figure how to set it all up, it takes the stress out of project management by giving you an overview of your entire project and all the connected projects. This tool covers a lot of jobs to be done for organisations such as marketing agencies. I loved the CRM and Finances features. Especially the possibility to create your list of products and services in advance, so it's faster to create invoices and track everything later. I also love the possibility to have essential daily work tools such as email, calendar and task management in the same app. It definitely boosts productivity, and because of that is a must! I love that this platform as the CRM, the practice management, the tasks, the billing, the invoicing, and more all rolled into one platform. It even has an internal and external knowledge base, allowing me to document all of my processes and procedures for future staff or for my clients. What do you dislike about Flowlu? the CRM seems to have limited functionality. I cannot figure out to automate the process of sending external communications to potential clients as someone progresses to the various stages of a deal. I have too many tools and too many issues with them not working well together. Instead of having a separate invoicing, project management, CRM, knowledgebase, etc. — this one is all in one. I like that flowlu can do alot without feeling bloated. It's great that the whole team can get a birds-eye view of what's going on. Flowlu also helps you stay on top of your finances and keeps cash flow front and center. Cash flow is king, and flowlu enables you to stay on top of it! I also really like their pricing structure. Their greatest strength becomes a weakness (temporarily). It's so feature-rich that it can initially be overwhelming for people to use. Once you get the hang of it, it's great. It has almost everything you need to organize and run your business. The amount of tools jam packed into Flowlu is astonishing. For experienced business management platform users would be more at ease, but still would have to go through the learning curve of what each module is and what they can do. We didn't need everything, so we decided to turned off some of its modules to reduce the clutter. Not much management software allows users to do this.
