## About Flowlister
FlowLister is an AI-powered eBay listing tool built specifically for resellers. The core workflow is simple: you snap a photo of a thrift- store find, an estate-sale haul, or any item you want to list, and FlowLister generates the entire listing — title, description, item specifics, the correct eBay category, and a suggested price pulled from real recent sold comps — in about 60 seconds. You review it, edit anything you want, and publish directly to eBay with one tap. The problem FlowLister solves is the listing-time bottleneck that kills most reselling businesses. A typical eBay listing done manually takes 10–15 minutes per item between writing the title, researching the category, looking up sold prices, filling in item specifics, and adding shipping details. For a part-time reseller listing 30 items a week, that's 7+ hours of repetitive typing every week. FlowLister compresses that to roughly 3 minutes per item — usable enough that listing becomes something you can do from your couch in batches instead of a full evening of work. WHAT'S INCLUDED - Photo-to-listing AI: full listing generated from product photos, not just titles - Worth It tool: snap a photo IN the thrift store to see real sold-comp prices BEFORE you buy the item - Free eBay fee calculator (built on the current 2026 fee structure) - Free eBay title generator and shipping calculator - Sold-comp drift detection that flags overpriced or underpriced listings before they publish - Scheduled publishing for resellers who batch their listing work - Bulk listing for power sellers - Direct eBay integration via OAuth — no copy-paste between systems WHO IT'S FOR FlowLister is built for active eBay resellers doing $500–$15,000 a month in revenue, listing roughly 5–80 items per week. Specifically: - Thrift-store flippers buying inventory at Goodwill, Savers, estate sales, and garage sales - Cross-platform sellers managing eBay, Mercari, and Poshmark - Resellers transitioning from side hustle to full-time who are bottlenecked by listing time - Newer resellers (under six months in) who don't yet have the pricing and category intuition that experienced sellers have It's NOT for: brand-new product sellers, Amazon FBA private-label operations, B2B wholesale, or one-time garage-cleanout listers. WHY IT EXISTS FlowLister was built by an active eBay reseller after hitting the same listing-speed ceiling every reseller hits at the $5,000/month mark. Generic AI tools didn't understand eBay's category structure, fee math, or how sold comps actually need to be filtered to give a realistic price. So FlowLister was built around the actual operational reality of reselling: real sold-comp pricing, eBay-specific category intelligence, and a workflow that respects how resellers actually work (in batches, from a phone, between sourcing trips). PRICING A free tier is available for sellers listing a handful of items per month. Paid plans scale with listing volume. No long-term contracts — cancel anytime. ## Flowlister Reviews
 ### 1. Smooth eBay Integration That Saves Hours—With Responsive, Hands-On Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Flowlister?**

I am still learning the interface, so far its smooth overall. I have integrated it into my routine after taking pictures for my listing and it has really help speed up the process reducing hours each photo session. The intergration with ebay seems to be working well, it takes a few minutes if you are doing 10 listings at a time but imports them well. As for the cost of the software, comparing pricing to the others for what you get. Yes, it is expensive, but time is valuable. What did take about 10-15 min on a new listing, that wasn't sell similar that time adds up and time is money. I think that working directly with Mr Taylor the developer/founder giving him feedback on issues or tips to make it flow is fantastic. His response time addressing and implementing the changes to flow more efficiently for the end user is winning. You do not get that kind of one on one with anything these days. Now for the AI, start off with the concern, I have taken the min or two to validate each listing so far, about 140 thus. It has created I would say 95-97% correctly, but I think that it has to do with the Quality of Pictures. It seems to correlate the ones that didn't have a clear picture of the tags or labeling and would not pull that information or leave it blank all together. So I have to remind to take very clear pictures and it should elevate that concern. Overall, from when I logged into and then subscribed to where I am now only a week into it with the help and upgrades to the platform, I would Highly recommend this anyone wanting to dismiss their VA's and try something new. It will take time and users input to make it great, but its a great point now to make it even better!

**What do you dislike about Flowlister?**

Right now there isnt a downside for me, I have been doing each listing by hand so to speak for over 6 months now. So anything to help speed up the process is a win. I think for me have I had to dislike something within the platform it would be the ability to enlarge and edit the pictures within. However, that's not an issue because I haven't brought it up to Mr. Taylor, which I am sure that he would implement that change if needed. This is just what I disliked if I had to pick something.

**What problems is Flowlister solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had several issues, but again each they were resolved sometimes within minutes or same day. They were implementation upgrades to make the SKU system work more efficiently, photo's to be deleted in the draft, being able to edit and sort in your draft bank and initial listing. All the feedback is helping benefit us the end user, so there are no problems only things that can be fixed or upgrades to make it benefit every user.

 ### 2. Fast, Accurate, and Easy eBay Listings with Flowlister.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paige O. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Flowlister?**

I have tried many different AI listing packages and Flowlister was the first one that actually satisfied my needs.

It is fast, functional and far more accurate than any other package I have ever tried. It does not hijack the custom sku like many other packages and the flowlister team is highly responsive to suggestions that help improve specific performance in a variety of categories.

The user interface is very easy to understand, there is not a huge learning curve like I have seen with other software. It is as simple as drag, drop, and edit.

It integrates seamlessly into ebay and I now create most of my listings in flowlister rather than on ebay itself.

The pricing is highly competitive, even meshing well with my lower priced items like bulk used hats.

The AI models being used seem to be constantly improving, which is incredible given that they started out better than every other package I had tried.

**What do you dislike about Flowlister?**

Like most AI listing tools it has difficulty in pricing unique items. However the team has been very responsive to my feedback in this area and it continues to improve even with those one of a kind items.

**What problems is Flowlister solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was having serious problems in the amount of labor my used hat business was taking up in the listing process. Creating the listings was taking me far too long given the low value of the items.

However flowlister now makes those listings for me automatically, at tiny fraction of the cost per unit compared to my own labor. This has had the effect of tripling my effective hourly wage on hats.

 ### 3. Rapid Listings and Great Customer Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** MARTIN G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Flowlister?**

I like Flowlister for its speed and accuracy when I'm listing for eBay. It really helps that I can create listings at a faster rate, giving me more time to accomplish other things. I also appreciate their customer service and price point. Flowlister makes the process more manageable, especially when I combine it with other tools like Vendoo to ensure accuracy.

**What do you dislike about Flowlister?**

I think it would be better if Flowlister had intuitive help or guides. The site is straightforward, but especially at startup, having a 'how to' page or even a common questions and answers page would really help. During initial setup, I had some questions and didn't find much on YouTube, so I had to reach out via email to get answers.

**What problems is Flowlister solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flowlister increases speed and accuracy of listings, giving me more time for other tasks.
