## Flowgear Pricing FAQs

Generated using AI

Is Flowgear free, or does it offer a free trial?

Flowgear does not offer a permanent free plan, but it does provide a free trial that lets users to test the product before committing to a paid plan. Trial availability and duration may vary, so users should review the seller's official pricing page for the most current details.

How much does Flowgear cost in 2026?

According to G2 data, Flowgear pricing in 2026 starts at $2,200.00. Pricing may vary based on billing terms or usage, so users should review the Flowgear's official pricing page for the most current details.

Who is Flowgear pricing best suited for?

Flowgear's pricing is best suited for mid-market and enterprise organizations running multiple, complex, production-grade integrations across cloud, hybrid, or on-premises environments. G2 reviewers from insurance, financial services, retail, staffing, and IT services segments consistently report strong ROI when Flowgear replaces multiple point-to-point integrations or legacy middleware stacks. Small businesses with diverse integration needs also appear frequently among satisfied G2 reviewers, particularly in computer software and IT services industries. However, G2 reviewers explicitly caution that Flowgear's pricing model is difficult to justify for organizations requiring only a single automation or operating at low integration volumes, where the full suite cost outweighs the benefit.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Flowgear?

Flowgear does not offer a permanent free tier. A free trial is available for evaluation, though G2 reviewers note it feels limited when exploring advanced features in depth. Flowgear's paid Growth plan, starting at $2,200/month, unlocks dedicated infrastructure, 50 concurrent workflows, unlimited enabled and stored workflows, high availability local clusters, SSO, 60-day log retention, priority support with 25 annual support hours, configurable sustained CPU allocation, no metered overages, and full cloud, hybrid, and on-premises deployment. The trial serves as a time-limited window to validate integration scenarios before committing to Flowgear's fully licensed production environment.

Is Flowgear considered good value for its pricing?

Flowgear's pricing draws mixed but mostly positive sentiment on G2. Several G2 reviewers explicitly cite it as roughly 50% cheaper than competitors like MuleSoft, Boomi, and Snaplogic, with one mid-market retail reviewer calling it the best enterprise integration platform on the market at that price point. However, pricing concerns are a recurring theme: multiple G2 reviewers across small business and mid-market segments flag the $2,200/month entry point as prohibitive for single-automation use cases or underutilization scenarios. High average ratings paired with cost complaints position Flowgear as a premium-but-justified investment for organizations running multiple production-grade integrations, while single-workflow buyers struggle to justify the all-in suite cost.

"Intuitive Drag-and-Drop Integrations with Cost-Effective Salesforce Connectors"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Flowgear?

FlowGear’s intuitive drag-and-drop UI makes it easy to build and manage integrations without needing deep coding expertise, which has significantly reduced our development time. The prebuilt connectors especially for platforms like Salesforce, are very useful and continue to improve.

A big advantage for us has been using FlowGear to integrate Salesforce with systems like Sage, which streamlined our data flow and reduced manual work. Compared to other integration platforms like MuleSoft, FlowGear is also more cost-effective, making it a great option for delivering solid integration capabilities without the heavy price tag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flowgear?

There are instances where duplicate or very similar nodes exist, and it’s not always clear which one is current or supported. This can lead to using outdated nodes unintentionally. It would be helpful if deprecated nodes were clearly marked (e.g. “Deprecated”) or if newer versions were labelled accordingly to avoid confusion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Flowgear solving and how is that benefiting you?

FlowGear eliminates data silos by allowing us to connect to virtually any system with an endpoint, significantly speeding up integration delivery. This has enabled us to integrate platforms like Salesforce with other business systems, ensuring data flows seamlessly across our ecosystem.

As a result, our customers’ data is no longer isolated, and decision-makers now have access to near real-time, accurate reporting. This has reduced manual processes, improved data reliability, and ultimately led to better, faster business decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
