As a junior developer my top three features would be the platform consists of 200+ pre build connectors and an option to build your own custom nodes that allow you to integrate across different platforms. In terms of help and support each node is well documented and you can easily access the node documentation related to that node directly from the workflow and there is a chart console in the workflow in which you can chart with the support team. Although there is a chart console l did find their response a bit slow as it typically takes a day to get a response from the support team. Although you can build custom nodes l did find the platform to have limited customization since customization requires more advanced development skills.
