What do you like best?

It improves the productivity of our business and is able to be used by multiple departments. It has the ability to tie together different business functions and has a pricing structure that allows us to build as many processes as we need without price increases. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are automating workflows that require multiple stakeholders input and approvals. There is no uncertainty on where process bottlenecks are occurring, which allows us to track and improve our overall process execution time. What do you like best?

An easy good thing is that it's a no code solution for businesses to automate workflows from simple processes to more complex.

Any changes that need to be made even if the form has been deployed can still be changed very quickly with almost no downtime which we love. Creating really useful management information and easy access to dashboard the information. What do you dislike?

User Interface is a bit dated but this is currently in update with the release of the Modern hub and teams app but apart from that nothing negative to say at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to take processes which used to be paper based and had to go through multiple signed approvals and automate them. Greater audit and compliance and visibility of where the process is has been transformational. What do you like best?

I love that FlowForma is SharePoint based so I can use content stored in existing SharePoint Lists to populate different fields in my form. I can then use the data I collect from one workflow and it can also be stored in SharePoint Lists to use within that and other forms on the same site. We have multiple flows on the same site for the same business unit so we can find a lot of consistency with this capability. I also like that I can create an unlimited number of flows for different business problems and have unlimited records. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I dislike that if I make any changes to an existing workflow, the changes don't effect older records already created with the previous versions of the flow, unless I "upgrade" the record but its a minor inconvenience. Another downside is only an initial issue in that my company is new to SharePoint and it has been a learning curve to get users to understand why somethings are built the way the are based on SharePoints lists and libraries, but with training and education we have been able to overcome this issue. Recommendations to others considering the product:

Yes, I would recommend FlowForma to any business using SharePoint as well as one needing workflows. Its so highly customization and I have been able to build many different types of automation that I feel its really a great tool for any company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are using it to 1) approve complex documentation within multiple departments; 2) capture customer complaint submissions, assign team members to investigate the issue and apply priority and targeted due dates to finding solutions and approvals; 3) we are also using a flow to capture IT Change Management with parallel approvals based on the types of changes and who are affected. What do you like best?

What do you like best?

What do you like best?

I love the ease of use in setting up a workflow with different task assignments and approvals. Publishing generated PDFs of files to share to distribution lists is also very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The best thing about FlowForma is the ability to recreate parts of our business that used to require paperwork such as application processes and on boarding processes. Will also really simplify the induction process for everyone. Very handy to be able to have all important docs on FlowForma for ease of use and access.

What do you dislike?

Our On Boarding process has improved due to no longer requiring paperwork for everybody who wants to register with our company. We have created a link through FlowForma that we use on our website to make it as easy as possible for potential candidates to register their interest with us.

With the ability to forward on applications from FlowForma direct to the required management and recruitment teams we are able to ensure that the necessary teams see the applications. Multiple question types and business rules make forms flexible enough to meet ever changing business requirements. The Support team are very responsive and knowledgable of both the product and understanding requirements. What do you like best?

Enables us to do true RAD using agile methodology. Nothing beats being able to show changes to a form or process, due to feedback from testers/users, 'there and then' in an agile scrum meeting. Processes are quick to develop and easy to adapt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

7 paper forms that handled different leaves of absence (annual leave, toil, maternity etc) are now 1 dynamic electronic form. This process is now paper free and fully monitored to avoid any delays. What do you like best?

The simplicity of the application, that lends itself well to moving the ownership of processes away from the hands of IT and into the process owners themselves. This improves the development of a process as the owner becomes more engaged in the outcome they are trying to achieve and a closer understanding of what is entailed in process automation. We are using FlowForma across the business from the simplest processes, like capturing data for car park number plate recognition systems, to more involved and detailed processes for ordering materials and plant. What do you like best?

What do you like best?

Anyone who ever spent any time struggling against and working around some of the brick walls which InfoPath throws up will love this product. It solves most of those and adds so much more. We're using it in an increasing number of areas across our organisation where custom development either cannot be justified or is simply less expedient.

What do you dislike?

Honestly, very little. Somewhat weighty file sizes of form instances when compared to InfoPath's xml. Perhaps as a developer the lack of ability to get "under the hood" causes some instinctive unease but it hasn't been a real problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Basic functionality is so simple, I can turn around a project in a matter of a couple of hours - but there is much deeper functionality available so that we can do much more complicated things and don't need to code anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The system is easy, built on top of SharePoint by people who know SharePoint and InfoPath inside out. There are so many features that make it simple to get your business processes automated. Regarding the reporting - the Entity Data Management and Collabortive Work Management features can both be used for reporting (EDM will put data into a custom database in a structure defined by the process owner. CWM has built-in reports which you can modify, in the browser.)

What do you like best?

We love flowforma because it's very user friendly, easy to customize and make changes according to our needs. The pricing is affordable so for a non profit organization like ours, it really helped us save a lot of manual work and increase our productivity Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I wish that there is a privacy setting so that the contend for the forms are not visible to all users. We would love to put our performance appraisal form onto flowform but because the form is visible to all users, we could not do that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The development of FlowForma has been something that's been needed for a while. The ability to take your paper forms and word/pdf documents and convert them into a digital form have created an amazing work flow like no other. What do you like best?

I like that we are able to customize any form/workflow that we create. It is a tool that any one can use with practice and tons of testing any one is able to do what they want in FlowForma. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't personally like that you can't really customize the layout of the questions on visual form designer. I feel like it's not as user friendly as other application that I used. The ability to just drag and drop given an allowable space to work with or to be able to put the questions above the answer box so that it looks much more sleek. What do you like best?

Self Service! You do not need to have deep programming skills to use this platform. It is highly configurable and adaptable to so many business processes. Once users engage with it, it typically becomes their favorite application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Simple initial setup, good flow building interface, good value for money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The 'homepage' of the app could be better laid out and utilize the Modern SharePoint platform to make the homepage more intuitive and modern looking. An option to add rules triggered when a flow completes would be of value. I would also like to have the ability to add custom buttons to steps and flows.. I'd also like a feature where if users do not have access to a flow they cannot see submitted flows in the list. At the moment they can see and click into flows they don't have access to. They will then be met with a permissions message inside the flow, but I would prefer if the just never saw the flow at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

CAPEX Requests, Customer Setups and Mobile forms for non-laptop users.

Regarding your feedback, Modern SharePoint is achieved using FlowForma Collaborate - the user can define digital workspaces for teams to collaborate on, actioning steps in a process.

Completed Flow Rules is a great idea and our R&D team would love to move forward on this! Please email info@flowforma.com if you'd like to share your use case.

Custom buttons to use on Steps are available in the Add-Ons gallery.

Finally, in regards to Flow access, there are two possible ways to achieve this:

• Changing the View on the list to essentially hide that entry,

• Use FlowForma Collaborate to create team specific workspaces (find out more @ flowforma.com/collaborate)
