Floweal Management is property management software for property owners and accommodation operators. It centralizes properties, Rental Units, reservations, availability, payments, tenant communication and daily operations in one connected platform, built for flexible and international accommodation. Manage rooms, studios and other rentable units from one portfolio. See direct reservations and external blocks in one calendar, in calendar or list view. The Channel Manager synchronizes inventory and availability with channels such as HousingAnywhere, Uniplaces and Wunderflats. Finance tracks payments by reservation and month, with paid and outstanding amounts, percentages and additional charges. Manage contracts, check-in and check-out, and keep tenant messages tied to the right property and reservation. Floweal Management connects to Floweal Go, the tenant app. Tenants see their reservation, payments, documents, check-in information and incident status. Incidents they report arrive in Management, where your team assigns a status, follows progress and records the resolution. Eligible inventory can also be made available to universities, mobility programs and organizations through Floweal Desk. It is built for property owners, property management companies, student residences, coliving operators and flexible and mid-term rental operators. You keep control of your pricing and of which bookings to accept.
