Flowcase gives my company a central platform for managing CVs/resumes across multiple offices in different countries. We are able to categorize and tag user profiles for ease of searching for relevant team members. The system also refreshes back-end data changes instantly, which is beneficial. What do you dislike about Flowcase? There are some limitations when it comes to customization—for example, we can’t rename fields or sometimes hide fields that don’t pertain to our company needs. It's pretty easy to use, I believe the guys from UI worked hard on this. The use with other tools is fluid so to speak, and has many useful functions to personalize CVs and so on. The ability to search and filter candidates and having all records in a single location has been very helpful in reducing error and making it easier to find best fit candidates for proposals. Customizable templates/being able to export resumes in our company template has saved a tremendous lot of time. Unlimited project references a huge bonus. Search remains a weakness - need AND/OR search and specific text search (such as using "xx") to better filter for appropriate resources.
