WHY BRANDS USE FLOWA Most apparel brands that make product in China reach customers through a long chain: factory, freight forwarder, sea freight, customs broker, local warehouse, local carrier. Every handoff adds days, cost and another place for information to get lost. Stock sits at sea for weeks before it can be sold, and cash sits with it. Flowa's view is simple. Fulfilment should be next to your factory or next to your customer. If you sell into several countries, being next to the factory means one stock pool serving every market, no long sea leg, and inventory that becomes sellable within 24–48 hours of arriving at our hub.\* WHO IT'S FOR Flowa is built for established, trading DTC apparel brands in the UK, Europe, Australia and the US that: - manufacture clothing or soft accessories in China - sell mainly through Shopify, typically from around 1,500 orders a month upwards - want faster delivery into more markets without opening a warehouse in each one - want less cash tied up in stock that's still in transit Many brands run Flowa alongside their existing local warehouse rather than replacing it, using Flowa for new markets, new collections or drops. Flowa is not the right fit for pre-launch brands, dropshippers, Amazon or marketplace-first sellers, or heavy, bulky, liquid, chemical or battery products. We focus on light items (roughly under 1.2 kg packed) that travel by air. THE PLATFORM Dashboard A daily action queue shows what needs your attention, with customisable data tiles and notifications. Orders Every order moves through a clear workflow: Action Required, In Progress, Delivered, Blocked or Cancelled. You can check, edit, split, duplicate or cancel orders before they reach the warehouse, intercept an order while it's still in our network, and run bulk actions. Orders that need attention come with a guided fix flow. Inventory See every SKU as incoming, reserved, available or on QA hold, with a full audit trail. Bundles are supported, products can be bulk-imported from Google Sheets or Excel, and product measurements are set by the warehouse at inbound so shipping charges are based on actual dimensions. Exceptions Delays, failed delivery attempts and customs holds are flagged in the platform as they happen, so your team can act before your customer gets in touch. AI that recommends, not decides Flowa's AI recommends shipping routes across 300+ lanes,\*\* flags risky orders and surfaces exception insights. Nothing runs automatically. Any flagged order needs your team's approval before the warehouse picks it. Billing Invoices are itemised by category (outbound, inbound, exceptions, services, storage) on a weekly cycle. No exception fee is charged until you approve it. Audit log and settings Every operation on every order is logged. Notification and profile settings are managed in one place. INTEGRATIONS Shopify connects in minutes with no developer needed. Orders, products and tracking sync automatically, and tracking flows back into your store once an order ships. Flowa is API-first, so brands with a custom OMS, IMS or other system can integrate directly. FULFILMENT BUILT FOR APPAREL Item-level accuracy: every item is scanned at inbound rather than estimated by weight, and receiving is recorded on camera. Quality control at the source: garments are checked at the factory for colour, sizing, stitching and labelling before they ship. Defects come with photo evidence, go on QA hold, and rework is coordinated with your factory before goods leave the supply chain. Same-day dispatch: orders received before cut-off are picked, packed and shipped the same day.\*\*\* Local delivery experience: last-mile delivery goes through local carriers such as Royal Mail, DHL and USPS, with no Chinese text on labels and tracking that shows the local carrier.\*\*\*\* Branded unboxing: custom packing rules, tissue paper, stickers, inserts and kitting, set to your instructions. Returns: Flowa runs the returns process. You set the policy and the charges. On the ground in China: a bilingual team communicates directly with your factories and suppliers, and product photography and sourcing support are available while stock is on its way in. Delivery to 100+ countries. GETTING STARTED 1. Connect your Shopify store. SKUs, orders and supplier details sync automatically. 2. Run a pilot with samples or pre-orders, or start with a single market or collection. 3. Your factory ships stock to the Flowa hub, where it's scanned, checked and made sellable. 4. Orders are picked, packed and dispatched, with tracking sent back to Shopify and every step visible on your dashboard. Most brands are live within 2–3 weeks of the first call.\*\*\*\*\* There's no long lock-in contract, and each brand gets a dedicated team and a direct line to it.
