Tool is easy to use. The storyboard approach helps you build and deliver an organized and cohesive webinar. User accesses everything through a single browser with no need to download or install another client. Customer service is very responsive and helped with any issues we encountered. The system converts your PPT to PDF so there are no animations or transitions. Certificates are not currently customizable but they are working on a solution. Attendance tracking is cool but not the best configuration for CPAs issuing CPE that need to follow some specific guidelines. There are ways to make it work but not part of the core functionality.
