Flori is a CRM with project management for small teams, agencies, freelancers and founders. It brings customer records and delivery work into one workspace, so a team can follow a client relationship from a sales conversation through the project that follows. Teams can organize accounts, contacts, deals and leads alongside projects, tasks and documents. A project can retain the brief, decisions and next actions that explain what needs to happen. This gives the person picking up a task access to the customer context behind the work. Typical uses include client onboarding, agency delivery, project planning and tracking follow-up responsibilities. Flori can be used directly without an AI assistant. Teams that want assistant support can connect their own compatible tools through Flori’s hosted MCP server. The connection uses OAuth sign-in, with access chosen for a workspace or a single project. Assistants can retrieve context and, when granted update access, work with records, tasks and documents. People can review assistant results within the workflow. Client progress pages are available on eligible paid plans. Teams choose the information to publish so clients can follow selected progress and approvals without receiving access to the entire internal workspace. The Free plan includes one company, three active projects and 200 customer records. Paid plans expand capacity and add features; current limits and billing options are listed on Flori’s pricing page. Connected AI usage is billed through the chosen assistant or model provider. Flori does not sell AI credits, and connected assistants do not count as paid team seats. Flori is designed for teams that want their customer relationships and day-to-day project work kept together, with a usable manual workflow and optional connected AI assistance.
