Whenever there are issues, the team is so quick to respond and find a solution which is just amazing to see. **What do you dislike about FloQast?** There are a few funtionalites of Floqast that are not user friendly such as not a great way to upload recons in the complicated folder view. The auto rec tool is also a great resource but I'd like to see it to be used for non recon accounts. As it stands now, we have to assign it to a specific balance sheet account and make it monthly etc. If we want to auto rec recon something as a one time excercise, it's not available to do so. **What problems is FloQast solving and how is that benefiting you?** Organization of the close and having a clear expectation of who does what and when is extreemly useful for us. I wish there was an app and/or that the site was mobile friendly. This allows me and my team to have accurate balances and monitor any changes as they occur. The dashboard also allows me to see how my team is pacing on their checklist items and reconciliations. **What do you dislike about FloQast?** Since we have multiple enties, refreshing all the supporting docs is a little slower than I would like. **What problems is FloQast solving and how is that benefiting you?** FloQast ensures that all of my balance sheet accounts across multiple entities are monitored, reviewed and reconciled on a monthly basis. Support has been world class, and from the implementation down to the daily use, the team has been extremely helpful and always available. It was a very smooth process to integrate with our ERP Oracle Fusion, and we'll keep using and improving our timelines thanks to the package. **What do you dislike about FloQast?** So far, there are very few issues, and when a functionality is not exactly as we expect it to be, the team is always available and provides quick and hands-on assistance. **What problems is FloQast solving and how is that benefiting you?** FloQast helps us to smoothen out and speed up our closings. ### 40. We've been able to customize fluxes in ways we were not able to do in other tools. Audit evidence is clean for review. **What do you dislike about FloQast?** Floqast is fairly rules based, for example matching tool has to be setup very specifically, not easy to just take your business today and create rules around memos or using AI to determine and remember matches. It also lacks functionality to help us automate, though we are working with them to make this better and we hope to see results. **What problems is FloQast solving and how is that benefiting you?** Theyre looking into AI though we are yet to see any releases and if they will provide benefits or not. ### 42. There is a lot of articles and videos in the help center to guide you on any questions you have. Our Accounting Success Manager is quick to respond and help with any questions I have. I've also connected with Support on a few things and they are always quick to get back to me. I like the fact that the product is easy to use and one spot for all items for close. **What do you dislike about FloQast?** In general I don't have a lot of negative feedback, most of the problems we've had are from user error and not understanding that the software's capability. Each time we've had questions our account manager has shown us a better way of doing things. **What problems is FloQast solving and how is that benefiting you?** FloQast allows us to keep on track with close each month and ensure that we haven't missed any close items. It allows our team to have everything in one spot, where we can quickly look to know where we are in the close process. ### 45. Then I use the reconciliations tab to work on all our different GL accounts to have them ready for our Financials Audit at year end. ### 46. The cost could be a bit lower but I am able to justify the cost to management based on the results we have gotten so far. **What problems is FloQast solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had a business day 20 close. Upon adoption, after 6 months were able to get down to 6 for 3 entities consolidating which gives my leadership team more time to make small adjustments each month and more time for my team to focus on organizational projects. ### 48.
