I find FloQast to be incredibly beneficial for organizing my work through its dashboard, which keeps my tasks streamlined and helps maintain clarity in my role. The reconciliations within Flowcast are a particular favorite of mine, ensuring that everything aligns neatly and efficiently. The end-of-month processes are another crucial aspect where FloQast excels, making an otherwise tedious task straightforward and manageable. I like the simplicity of FQ. Everything is clearly set up in checklist/reconciliation sections that note due dates and tasks. I appreciate the checklist features, which help staff keep up with their weekly and monthly tasks. Searching for tasks can sometimes be cumbersome. While the reconciliation and auto rec features are useful, they can be challenging to use effectively when not everything matches up one-to-one. The checklist feature enables us to keep the annual audit process on track by assigning tasks to each responsible person. Variance Analysis interface is not the most ideal: the inability to see 2 reviewers on the page without having to click to see the additional reviewer, the inability to filter for open items that are only open for your review (the "Ready for Review" filter shows all accounts regardless of whether it has already been reviewed - maybe showing this because there are 2 reviewers?), having to drag open the flux comment box in order to see the full flux comment, instead of it automatically displaying the full comment when clicking the first time around, not being able to easily toggle to see multiple prior month flux comments within the current month close that is being worked on. The user interface (UI) has been updated for signing off on tasks which seems more intuitive than it was before. What do you dislike about FloQast? Filters that I set on the checklist often get reset to some default setting. If they could be consistently saved from my last visit that would be very helpful. I'm a new user so haven't learned all of the functions yet but am already a fan. My favorites so far are the Request Agent because I can view all the responses in one place, the Reconciliations because I receive notifications if something goes out of balance, and the Checklist because it is easy to update. FQ is so easy to use. The software is created with the user in mind to easily complete the tasks it was created for.
