The help/training tools are really great, and the people are super professional and friendly and always willing to help. **What do you dislike about FloQast?** For smaller companies, the high platform/base cost is a deal-breaker. For large companies with large accounting teams, it makes a lot more sense. Sometimes its simplicity can make it complicated to understand since it syncs with OneDrive and Excel and sort of mimics both; from a systems perspective it can be confusing where those end and FloQast begins. **What problems is FloQast solving and how is that benefiting you?** Organizing the monthly close, trying to shorten it by several days, and maintaining accurate reconciliations/being audit-ready. We flew through our audit this year and I think FloQast being implemented made a big difference. ### 3. Commentaries under variance analysis module only in plain text form, does not support screnshots/attachments where helpful since our team uses the report for presentation purposes. **What problems is FloQast solving and how is that benefiting you?** Checking for completeness of tasks and reconciliations. Before this, we had tracked everything on Excel. ### 5. With Floqast it really is hard to miss anything. It is also very user friendly **What do you dislike about FloQast?** In regards to FloQast, there is not much to honestly dislike about the product. The lack of global controls make it difficult to ensure uniformity across multiple entities but I am sure this is something that will be added in the future. **What problems is FloQast solving and how is that benefiting you?** The user interface. It is easy to see the progress of close at a glance, and its easy to navigate around, regardless of your role, to see what you need to do and how on track you are for close. I also really like the sign off features, and the reminder emails, because it holds you and your team accountable. ### 9. Need to make it easy to drag and drop files into FloQast.
