There are good options when creating, and the plans always help customers with visualization. This saves a lot of time in daily business. **What do you dislike about Floor Plan Builder?** Unfortunately, our original chairs and tables are not available. **What problems is Floor Plan Builder solving and how is that benefiting you?** There are no units of measurement when creating a room plan. Sometimes it is difficult to align the tables/items perfectly. Perhaps there is an option to draw a guideline so that the tables remain straight. ### 2. The support team is very responsive, which is great for getting work done. **What do you dislike about Floor Plan Builder?** There are certain features that I have not yet mastered, but the support team is always willing to help me. **What problems is Floor Plan Builder solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows us to visualise our exhibition stands before events and saves us time on the possibilities we have for more creative events or events we have never done before. ### 3. Every picture, all the decorations are exactly in place. **What do you dislike about Floor Plan Builder?** The operation of the program is not always quite simple. **What problems is Floor Plan Builder solving and how is that benefiting you?** If a customer cannot come by for the house tour, it is a good tool to visualize our rooms. ### 4. You have to get use to the system and that sometime takes time. **What problems is Floor Plan Builder solving and how is that benefiting you?** Interested parties now can view the event in a VR version so they would not have to travel all the way to be able to see it in person. ### 5. When saving diagrams, should have the ability to group diagrams into one folder with dropdowns as you have in the Vizrez library. ie. Tables/Round Sets. When printing diagrams with table numbers, either the table numbers should appear at the outside edge of the table so the client can enter the amount of guests inside the table OR have the ability to reduce the size of the number so client of the builder can enter amounts of guests or certain notes ie. 2 Vegan. When you open "Plans" - it should automatically prompt you at the beginning at page one, of a blank diagrams of each room - so you have the ability to work from clean diagram **Recommendations to others considering Floor Plan Builder:** See notes above **What problems is Floor Plan Builder solving and how is that benefiting you?** Still a work in progress. I love being able to send life-like images of different setup arrangements to my clients. **What do you dislike about Floor Plan Builder?** Inventory is very limited and a lot of items have to be custom made on request by the design team. There's a frequent glitch caused by the cache in Chrome but that isn't a huge deal. **What problems is Floor Plan Builder solving and how is that benefiting you?** With a lot of floor plan systems - even the ones that are to-scale - it can be hard for clients to visualize the space.
