What do you like best about FLOOR by 10Times?

FLOOR works!

I hosted a 600 participants event with 60 sessions. At times we had 13 parallel sessions.

Apart from a couple of minor issues, everyone was satisfied. I got a lot of compliments from my colleagues.

It feels like the real thing but online. You can roam around the rooms, meet people, visit sponsor booths, etc.

The backstage feature is excellent for managing the sessions since you can talk privately with speakers before the session begins.

The support before and during the event was top. Thank you, R.

What do you dislike about FLOOR by 10Times?

Some connectivity issues with firewall and hardware compatibility must be improved.

The access for hosts and speakers can also be improved. If a host or invited speaker only has one intervention, the platform is straightforward. But if you have more than one, it becomes confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FLOOR by 10Times solving and how is that benefiting you?

I had to make online an event that usually would be done at our faculty rooms. It worked like a charm.

- Everything you do at a physical event is available virtually, you can browse through all the exhibitors in minutes.

- The best-integrated payments, check-in and attendee management functionality.

- Networking, meetings, attendee interactions including engagements is right before you and straightforward.

What do you like best about FLOOR by 10Times?

User-friendly virtual platform for organizers and first-time users such exhibitor and visitors alike.

I like working together with FLOOR Team because basically we have been partnered with 10times especially in the promotions side and they have been very supportive and patient enough to listen and teach first timer users of the platform...Truly FLOOR and 10times are the best partners! What do you dislike about FLOOR by 10Times?

the social feed simulcast feature, in which the platform cannot convert them to multicast, the mirror setting in the virtual background, and the downtime that happened during the live broadcast. Registration should also be improved. Once the registrants, fill in the registration form, it should direct to the site itself.

Sometimes, they tend to go back to the original registration site which is 10times.

Another issue is the compatibility with mac products and it should be compatible to any browser. Normally it is hard for companies especially big companies who have firewalls in their company deskstops or laptops.
