There is no way to templatize your message so either one message goes to ALL contacts, or you need to write new (or cut/paste) your individual message to each person you want to send. There are no hidden extras! The ability to give your sponsors and stakeholders a significant profile is a real bonus. The FLOOR is really user friendly and easy to manage. Recommendations to others considering FLOOR by 10Times: Thoroughly recommend the FLOOR but you have to have the time to be able to set up and manage it to your specifications. The support is good but there is some work that you yourself need to put in to ensure it is set up as you want it to be. You also need to remember that the platform cannot manage the entire event for you - you still need to put the right plans in place as you would for a face to face event. We have been able to hold our annual conference - the leading event in Africa for Supply Chain Professionals - in 2000 and 2001 which we would not have otherwise been able to do because of the Corona Virus. As an event organizer, The best thing about Floor is that its super easy to use for our Sponsors , Speakers and attendees. They all get the complete experience of how a virtual event should be executed. All our attendees have asked me many times : What is this platform ? and who does it belongs to. I always tell them with a smile Our partners 10times.com After evaluating 100's of different platforms, I can strongly recommend any evenr organizer, beginners or seniors in the field to go for Floor. 100 % no looking back or thinking twice. FLOOR is user-friendly and has a diverse set of tools to carry out an online event. FLOOR goes beyond the simple online video meetings. One of our favorite features is that FLOOR provides a "community" mode where attendees can interact with each other fully, by text or video, set their profiles, exchange business cards, check sponsors' exhibits, join networking tables, etc. Setting up the event has been straightforward. It takes time to configure all available options, as expected, but the platform, again, is user-friendly. In this regard, the support offered by the company before and during the event has been amazing, they were always available to solve our doubts and to help us set up the conference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about FLOOR by 10Times? While the essential functions of FLOOR worked perfectly, some features do need some tweaking. For instance, user registration has been an issue for us because we had our own registration platform and we ended up having to register users manually. Also, there have been some issues with automatic messages sent from the FLOOR platform. Some emails disappeared (we never received them!) or were marked by our spam service. We understand this has to do mostly with our email server, but it indicates that FLOOR has an aggressive bulk mailing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
