They deliver secure, high-performance global connectivity that we can confidently offer to our customers. Their local packet gateways significantly reduce latency, and the proprietary multi-IMSI applet provides seamless, future-proof multi-network coverage. Support for emerging standards like SGP.32, along with an intuitive CMP, makes managing connectivity smooth for our team. Real-time network insights are a huge benefit too, they’ve made customer support and troubleshooting much more efficient. With top-tier infrastructure, strong carrier relationships, and excellent support, floLIVE enables us to deliver a best-in-class connectivity experience. **What do you dislike about FLOLIVE®?** Even when issues arise, floLIVE is quick to respond, transparent, and easy to work with. The speed of implementation for the SIMS themselves and activating them, as long as in life changes make it by far my favourite supplier to work with With a fantastic support team of Kieran Chury and Piotr Futoma as-long with Luigi Capobianco from the initial set up have been friendly but most importantly incredibly helpful for all departments of Zest4, and have since created a great working relationship. The support team are also on hand and handle any query quickly and efficiently, alongside providing great educational pieces to help our understanding of the SIMS & relevant systems We use Flo-Live as our main IOT supplier now, and I can't see that ever changing. **What do you dislike about FLOLIVE®?** There are still some portal development features that would be great to have, but the team take our feedback on board and have already implemented several changes to match our needs, not so much a dislike but something that we can continue to work on improving all processes to allow us to do things ourselves! **What problems is FLOLIVE® solving and how is that benefiting you?** At Zest4 a lot of what we offer is bespoke deals, so flexibility is massively important and Flo-Live helps to offer every form of solution in 1 SIM such as UK Breakout, SSL VPN, Geo Redundancy, Static/Public IP's on any data allowance and has helped to create large customer bases and customers with a reliable solution. And when there is any issue, we don't have to wait days/weeks for a resolution, the team are on hand to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. ### 3. Their pricing is comparable or better than other MVNO and MNO options and they have active support for more complex technologies such as multi-IMSI SIMs. **What do you dislike about FLOLIVE®?** floLIVE more often than not has challenges implementing new technology solutions well the first time. They can cause issues such as device-bricking bugs and there is very little recourse or remorse from floLIVE in this respect. However, it is always rectified in the end and fixed going forward - such is life on the cutting edge. **What problems is FLOLIVE® solving and how is that benefiting you?** floLIVE helps me solve global deployment solutions with multi-IMSI SIMs and also implementation of new SIM technologies such as RSP and software-SIM solutions.
