For many years I have worked in process control and improvement, and the main problem for my clients was not having a tool that allowed them to automate their processes and generate data easily, quickly, and above all, adapted to their budgets. Flokzu has been a great alternative for these clients, allowing them to approach digital transformation gradually, starting with pilot processes and moving on to more critical processes. At the moment, I am beginning to evaluate its integration with SAP and other ERPs that my clients have. The data download for analysis is not as dynamic as I would like, however, I have been able to generate data through links with other tools by taking advantage of their ease of integration with other cloud applications using APIs. I know that options are being developed to facilitate data download for analysis. Flokzu as a BMP Cloud solution I consider an excellent tool, easy to use, simple, and it complies with the BPMN standard. You can reuse from the process library, processes that are repeated very often in all organizations, managing to automate and measure them in simple steps, or you can create your process library for others in your organization to use. It also integrates with GSuite, which is a plus for users who use Google Drive, leaving their documents in Google's cloud without having to make a copy of them in Flokzu.
