Floik was great for recording step-by-step videos for clients who are not necessarily so tech-saavy. It's relatively simple to use so I was able to get started with it right away. Our CS team uses Floik everyday to draft super helpful guides to customer queries. These can be explainer videos, step-by-step guides or clickable demos. We have been able to deliver excellent support, over and above anything a simple text-based email answer can deliver. We can then repurpose that content in our help center or on social media.
