**What do you like best about Flodo?**

Flodo is useful for initiating numerous types of email marketing. It enables me to change the degree of formality of the email depending on the person and the campaign objectives.

**What do you dislike about Flodo?**

I think it is missing some creative ways to bring that personal touch that are not just by using merge tags at least. I am unable to program the body of the email as per the activities or any previous purchase made by the customer.

**What problems is Flodo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flodo has helped me a lot in managing and organizing my stream of email marketing. It saves me from getting stuck with the flow of writing and they provide me an option of drafting a good email within the shortest time possible.
