I like the selection of graphics that Flodesk offers, as it's user-friendly and works well for our small team. The graphics are valuable because we're not constantly having to purchase them from other sources; it's an all-inclusive feature. Our digital strategist can create complex graphics, while someone like me can send out great-looking emails without getting too technical. This broad selection meets our needs and is beneficial, especially when we can't afford to be nickel and dimed for specific graphics. The setup was pretty simple, and Flodesk has applicability for everyone on our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The portion of Flodesk that we really struggle with is how it will bounce users out. We've had numerous challenges with people on our list receiving emails, and they say that they have not unsubscribed, but all of a sudden, one day they get it, the next day, they stop getting our emails. In addition, I have varying levels of trust in the analytics. We have a high open rate and click rate, but the analytics do not align when we match that click rate to our documents that they've clicked on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
