"User-Friendly Graphics, But Email Delivery Issues"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Flodesk?

I like the selection of graphics that Flodesk offers, as it's user-friendly and works well for our small team. The graphics are valuable because we're not constantly having to purchase them from other sources; it's an all-inclusive feature. Our digital strategist can create complex graphics, while someone like me can send out great-looking emails without getting too technical. This broad selection meets our needs and is beneficial, especially when we can't afford to be nickel and dimed for specific graphics. The setup was pretty simple, and Flodesk has applicability for everyone on our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flodesk?

The portion of Flodesk that we really struggle with is how it will bounce users out. We've had numerous challenges with people on our list receiving emails, and they say that they have not unsubscribed, but all of a sudden, one day they get it, the next day, they stop getting our emails. In addition, I have varying levels of trust in the analytics. We have a high open rate and click rate, but the analytics do not align when we match that click rate to our documents that they've clicked on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Incredibly Easy Email Design That Keeps Getting Better"
5/5
What do you like best about Flodesk?

Flodesk is incredibly easy to navigate, and designing emails in it feels straightforward. Other systems can be so complicated and difficult to maneuver. I’ve been with Flodesk since the beginning, and I can’t imagine working with another platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flodesk?

I’ll be honest—I really can’t find any downsides to Flodesk. It’s continued to evolve over time, and it even has features I still don’t use, but I genuinely wish I had a reason to put them to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unlimited Contacts and Easy to Use Workflows Make Flodesk a Joy to Use"
5/5
What do you like best about Flodesk?

When I got Flodesk, the fact that I could have unlimited contacts was the biggest selling point. After two years of using it, I have learned to love their easy to use platform for so much more: great templates, easy workflows which are now even more comprehensive. Generally speaking, Flodesk has made it easy and affordable to create great content for my audience and drive my business forward, and support my nonprofit clients. What do you dislike about Flodesk?

The only thing I wish Flodesk had was A/B testing of subject lines and messaging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flodesk: Aesthetic, User-Friendly and Fast"
5/5
What do you like best about Flodesk?

I like Flodesk because it's intuitive and user-friendly, with a UI that's perfect for someone with an aesthetic eye like me. It allows you to drag and drop to touch things, move them around, and gives a lot of starting options. The platform is very organized, looks clean, and is easy to use with no friction. Setting up Flodesk was super easy, everything felt flowy to me, and I could do everything immediately. It integrates nicely with tools I use like Canva and my Google Workspace, which is cool too. Ultimately, Flodesk makes my business run smoothly by quickly creating aesthetic, branded content without sacrificing quality, and it allows me to sell outside of social media while maintaining a polished look. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flodesk?

I guess maybe just a tiny bit more flexibility with some of the templates. I understand why they can't make it so flexible just yet. But, and also sometimes I have seen how that flexibility on other platforms makes it junky and clunky. So I don't know if this is something I would totally do, but I would be interested in being able to customize the templates a tiny bit more. But I do feel like sometimes that makes it come across a little weird when it emails out to customers. Like, it doesn't look as good. So I don't know. I'm torn. "Flodesk = a game changer!"
5/5
What do you like best about Flodesk?

As a creative, I love how Flodesk prioritizes functionality as much as it does aesthetics. For such a long time, it seemed like we could only have one or the other, but not both. Coming across Flodesk when it was starting out made a stark difference in my work. Since then, I've had clients I worked with on a monthly basis switch to Flodesk and they love the fact that they can manage their brand and aren't 100% dependent on me because the user experience is top tier. Also, their customer service is second to none, which is always a plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flodesk?

One of my team members does struggle a bit with the analytics – pulling certain data isn't as easy or always clear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Email Marketing with Top-Notch Features and Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Flodesk?

I love that Flodesk is so easy to use and has really high-quality features that can do so much. The lead-capture forms, workflows, and templates are all fantastic. They're constantly coming out with new features and always have ample opportunities to join free workshops and Q&A calls so you know not just how to get the most out of the platform itself, but how to get the most out of your email marketing. When I have reached out to support I always receive human support from someone who's attentive and truly wants to help, which means so much to me. Genuinely, the customer care is the absolute best out of all the platforms I use in my business. I love Flodesk and recommend it to all the online service providers I work with, you won't regret it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flodesk?

I can say this honestly, nothing. I genuinely think it's THE best email marketing platform out there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly and Aesthetically Superior Email Marketing Tool"
5/5
What do you like best about Flodesk?

I really like using Flodesk because it's a simple drag and drop as far as designing emails, allowing you to make them as simple or as beautiful as you want. I appreciate that it's aesthetically pleasing and priced really well, which is great for creating anything from a simple weekly email newsletter to launch emails. Flodesk's ease of use is a big plus for me, especially since you can customize it to match your branding. It also has the capability to do a checkout system for digital products straight from your email. The analytics are easy to understand, helping to see who opened the email and allowing recipients to self-segment. It's great to see a product that is usually very technical and making it easy for anyone to send marketing emails. Additionally, setting up Flodesk is really easy with step-by-step instructions, even if you're not super techie. It's designed to grow with your business and gives you all the tools to start creating an email list. That makes me confident in its ability to connect with my customer base. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flodesk?

Flodesk could probably have a more robust tagging system as well as being able to create more conditional automations based on the tags of a user in the system. I think it's getting closer, but it's not quite as robust as some other email marketing programs. I also wish the analytics were a little more detailed, or that you could drill down deeper. "Flodesk Is Beautiful, Intuitive, and Fun to Use"

What do you like best about Flodesk?

I have found Flodesk to be incredibly beautiful to use…so clean and user friendly. As a creative, faith-based poet and photographer the layouts are just incredible and it’s actually really fun to use! I couldn’t recommend it any higher and everything is so intuitive and people tell me all the time my newsletter is just “beautiful.” Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flodesk Makes Consistent, On-Brand Email Marketing Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about Flodesk?

What I like best about Flodesk is how easy it makes it to actually use email marketing consistently. The platform is incredibly intuitive and design-forward, so I can create beautiful, on-brand emails quickly without getting stuck in tech or formatting.

It strikes a really good balance between simplicity and functionality — the workflows, forms, and segmentation are straightforward but effective, which makes it easy to build systems that I (and my clients) will actually maintain. That usability is what sets it apart. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flodesk?

What I dislike about Flodesk is that it can feel a bit limited when you need more advanced functionality. The automation and segmentation are great for most use cases, but they’re not as robust as some higher-level platforms if you’re trying to build very complex funnels or deeply customized customer journeys.

I also wish the analytics were a bit more detailed, especially when it comes to tracking performance over time or tying email efforts more directly to conversions. That said, for most small businesses, the simplicity is actually a benefit — it just depends on how advanced you need your systems to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
