"Streamlined Communication, Speedy Setup"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Flock?

What I like most about Flock is its focus on clarity, speed, and teamwork. Unlike heavier collaboration tools, Flock keeps communication extremely streamlined. Messages, channels, video calls, and file sharing all work together without feeling overwhelming. Flock's messaging, channels, video calls, and file sharing keep all communication in one place, helping our team move faster. These features reduce context-switching and make it easy to resolve issues and stay aligned. I also appreciate the smooth initial setup; onboarding was quick, and the interface was easy for everyone to understand. Most of the team got comfortable with the basics within a day without needing much training. We switched to Flock mainly for simplicity, faster performance, and the productivity features built directly into the platform. Its integrations with tools like calendar, project management platforms, and Google Workspace help streamline workflows while keeping communication centralized. What do you dislike about Flock?

Some advanced integrations and customization options in Flock could be improved, as they sometimes feel limited compared to other tools. Also, larger teams occasionally experience minor performance or notification delays that could be optimized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I liked using Flock for its help in staying up-to-date, as it ensures I don't miss any updates from anyone in my organization. It's a great platform for maintaining professional communication without spamming emails and connecting with team members. I also appreciate how Flock helps me stay updated with special groups created for events, like HR events, updates from the finance department, and IT group discussions. The initial setup was quick and smooth. Also, there is not only a chat option but also an option to connect over a voice or video call, which you can use daily. "Streamlined Team Communication Using Flock"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Flock?

In my experience, compare to other team communication softwares. Flock makes team communication much simpler because the app's interface is cleaner and easy to navigate. Other application has so much clutter and it gets hard to navigate. Other thing was, if I were to invite a new team member. The process for it is so smooth, so that the new team member don't have any sort of learning curve to use the app. Which gives flock +1. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flock?

Well, we use it heavily on our desktops but sometimes the mobile app lags during heavy threads and notifications. And workspace customization and advanced reporting could be more flexible for larger teams. That' we'd like to see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
