See who’s working on what at a glance, catch capacity issues early, and (re)allocate resources flexibly when plans change. ✔️ Scope accurately and adjust quickly. Set a baseline for every project—price, budget, roles, timeline—and know what delivery takes before work begins. Find the best-fit person with AI-assisted staffing; when something changes, compare your adjusted scope vs. the baseline and adapt with confidence instead of guesswork. ✔️ Stay on top of delivery performance. Get a live view of how delivery’s going, with the reporting depth to understand what’s driving it. ## Float.com Reviews
  ### 1. Great for Scheduling, But Navigation Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

I like being able to see my company's staffing and easily update my schedule each day

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

I find some of the navigation a bit tricky (e.g., as I scroll through the team, the page will jump and oftentimes I don't land on the actual day I need to fill out). I also think the scheduled vs. logged views are sometimes confusing to figure out the budgeting (especially because I don't have access to the budget). I also don't like the emails every time someone updates a project

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is easier for me to log my hours and see approximately how much time I am spending over the week on a project

  ### 2. Super Clean, User-Friendly UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

The UI is super clean and user-friendly!

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

More details could be shown on hover to find out what users need to know quicker.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In a glimpse, I know exactly how much time I have to allocate to each project any given week. It allows me to identify if time allocation is realistic or if I believe that some task will eat another one's time and raise a flag or prioritize as needed.

  ### 3. Float helps me plan my day

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

I really like the simple interface, as it allows me to easily find my tasks and mark them as done once I finish them.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

I’m really disappointed that I can’t create icons, especially since having emojis is essential for me.
I wish it were a bit easier to create tasks however.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Float is helping me organise my growing list of jobs and tasks to attend to through the day and work week.

**Official Response from Alexandria Petigna:**

> Hi there, thanks for taking the time to offer us feedback. We do support emojis in some areas of the product, but as you noted, not everywhere. I will pass that information along to our team as feedback. Still happy to hear that Float is generally working for your needs. Let us know if you need any help!

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

organized and helpful to look back on history of jobs.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

hard to scroll back on old jobs. would love a tab or a way to find something from 2 yrs ago... or even 4 yrs ago. similar to the photos app in the iphone. I would look for a job or keyword in slack and find out that I worked on it on May 9th, 2022, and then I'd be able to go back on float to find the job and all the info we needed. Had to do that manually which was a little harder than expected.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

organization and central hub to organize myself and team.

  ### 9. Color-Coded Clarity, But Interface Could Be Larger

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

Clear UI, good UX features to keep track of booked tasks, API access

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

Filtering sometimes is not as clear as it could be, f.i. filtering per project still shows you all not relevant screen space, so it's not super clear. A collapsed view with only the info requested (per filters) would be better

Float allows us to assign courses to instructors, ensuring they are aware of what they are teaching as well as when and where their classes will take place.

The interface features a clean layout with well-designed, intuitive tools. Charts and information are presented clearly and effectively.
