Editing is also smooth and interface is very easy to use. Most of the basic editing features, and some of the more advanced ones, are available as well. Great if you have different workstations and want to work on the project wherever and whenever. **What do you dislike about Flixier?** When too many clips, tracks and edits are done to a project (which means hours and hours of work put in), there is a scary prospect of the export failing, even though the timeline works fine. The export may get stuck at a certain percentage forever, or certain clips may have loading error. That is the worst nightmare for any editor. Flixier also provides helpful features such as a good non-linear editing timeline with multiple audio and video tracks, the ability to add subtitles, transcription, motion titles and various video and audio import options. **What do you dislike about Flixier?** The editing timeline sometimes freezes and is non-responsive, so you have to refresh the page to get it to work again, which causes you to lose recent edits that were not saved automatically. Flixier also does not provide a feature that enables customers to export their entire projects to save externally for later use or to use as a backup that can be re-imported into Flixier to finish editing. Flixier is often unresponsive to customer inquiries, and on more than one occasion, the company has not addressed issues that I have been experiencing. It is also not helpful that media files (video, audio and image/photo) go missing when Flixier downgrades your account without having the courtesy to notify you in advance to resolve any issue that may have arisen. The downsides of using Flixier are its poor customer service and its billing practices for account management need much improvement.
