Quick and easy to upload PDFs exported from InDesign using the settings that Flipsnack provide. Customisation is a breeze with lots of options for things like download and print links. Very easy to copy the embed code so that catalogues and brochures can be simply added to any page on a website. The customer support is outstanding. Flipsnack is loaded with tools that help us achieve our marketing and sales goals. One feature we found particularly valuable is the ability to embed an iframe that allows viewers to explore a 3D rendering of our shuttle and system directly within the brochure. This functionality leaves little to the imagination, making it great for visual storytelling!

The platform is very easy to use. I’ve been using Flipsnack for a few months and only needed to contact support twice. Both times, I received quick and helpful responses (THANK YOU IRIS!). One time, I didn’t think the program could upload a logo onto a clickable tag, but customer support (Iris again) guided me through it using a product tag feature. The instructions are always easy to follow, as support will typically send a screen-sharing mp4 of them going through the steps to get the desired outcome.

Everything seems to run smoothly at Flipsnack, with the team fully committed to supporting their clients. Our salesperson, Chris, was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond to answer questions from me and my boss.
