What do you like best about Flipsnack?

The navigation and overall use of the platform are very simple. When I encountered difficulties, the help center was extremely efficient and quick to provide me with the answers I needed. What do you dislike about Flipsnack?

What do you like best about Flipsnack?

Flipsnack has always felt like a step ahead in the flipbook space. The editor is super intuitive and dependable, making it easy to update spreads on the fly—even mid-project or after a catalog has been published. Their domain branding feature added a polished, client-ready feel that elevated our presentation and made the final product something we were proud to share. What problems is Flipsnack solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a professional tool that could not only handle digital catalog design but also allow us to update our product listings quickly, embed video advertisements, and maintain a polished look. "Effortless PDF to Digital Catalogs with Powerful Interactive Tools"

What do you like best about Flipsnack?

Flipsnack is a very easy to use software as it allows you to directly upload PDF catalogs and transforms them into mobile-friendly digital catalogs. The additional tools in the software allow you to create interactive elements such as click to buy buttons and even lead capture forms. What do you dislike about Flipsnack?

There are a couple of features (like customizing background color on catalogs) that require a more expensive, "business" plan, which feels a little excessive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Flipsnack?

I've only been using FlipSnack for a week, but it’s already been a really positive experience. The platform is intuitive, beautifully designed, and easy to navigate—ideal for showcasing digital products with professionalism and polish.

What really stood out, though, was the customer service. It was quick, responsive, and genuinely helpful—something that, as a digital product owner, I rarely experience with other software platforms. It was such a welcome change to feel supported and heard.

What do you dislike about Flipsnack?

One point of feedback: I found the pricing structure a bit disappointing. I upgraded to access stats for just one book, which felt like a big jump in cost for a single-title publisher. lipSnack is solving the problem of professionally hosting and sharing e-books in a way that’s both visually engaging and user-friendly. As a digital product creator, I needed a platform that allowed me to present my work beautifully and functionally—with embedded links, a page-flipping experience, and easy integration across platforms. FlipSnack delivered on that. It’s taken the technical hassle out of distribution and made it easier to share my work with my audience in a polished, interactive format.
