Our ex-web developer used it. **What do you dislike about Flipsnack?** We had a bad experience with this NON CLIENT-ORIENTED company. Our ex-web developer made a catalog with flipsnack. As in time we have changed the company name, the domain(also with email database) the access from the flipsnack account was lost also. In January we were informed by our accountant that a charge of 420$ was made from flipsnack.com in November, but none of the workers who had access to payments made that. After figuring that it was flipsnack auto-renewal we contacted flipsnack support, and requested if it is possible to made a refund, at least partial, because we didn't want to use their services anymore. We also proposed to take away the monthly pament for the 3 months (48$*3) and the rest of the summ to be refunded. All our requests were denied. Their auto-renewal is a default option. **What problems is Flipsnack solving and how is that benefiting you?** For our company....nothing. ### 2. The good and bad features of Flipsnack **Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2021 **What do you like best about Flipsnack?** Embedding other pages (3D virtual tours, etc.) was very important to me. Local video is with good options. Note: Only in the most expensive version. The support is fast and kind, useful for beginners. **What do you dislike about Flipsnack?** The desktop display of the flipbook does not have the option of full height or full width, even in full-screen. There is no initial flash of links when opening the page. The pop-up window is relatively small and there is no way to define the size. The thumbnail for sharing on social networks is a portrait, which does not look nice, and there is no possibility to add a custom (landscape) one. **What problems is Flipsnack solving and how is that benefiting you?** Brokers are looking for a good solution for real estate promotions; however, they are not happy with the size of the display. We will probably give up using Flipsnak if it is not well received by brokers. ### 3. Fine but could be better **Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2019 **What do you like best about Flipsnack?** The user face is simple and easy to upload **What do you dislike about Flipsnack?** That there is no option to not flip up the corners **Recommendations to others considering Flipsnack:** If you need content to read at the edges, you might not be able to see it because of the corner flip. **What problems is Flipsnack solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's nice to be able to share a document company wide with one link **Official Response from Naomi Bogdan:** > Hey there, The corners of the publication will only flip up when your mouse is hovering near them. Also, you can very easily flip the pages of the flipbook using the side arrows.
