I am pleased to report that the FlippingBook platform has been 100% dependable in my experience.

At my company, we create 1 main flipbook per year, and then make regionalized duplicates in other languages. We upload the US PDF, add the interactive elements, and then make a copy and swap the regionalized PDF in its place. The interactive elements remain in place during the swap, so I don't have to rebuild them for each version. I love that feature and I have never had the process fail even once.

I also appreciate that FlippingBook accurately integrates the many hyperlinks that our PDFs contain, so I don't have to add them manually. I also appreciate the privacy controls that make it possible to gate the flipbook behind contact forms.

FlippingBook customer serivce is awesome. They have always been very fast to respond and have quickly been able to answer my questions.

I also apprecitate the analytics that are included in our subscription. It helps us know which topics to focus on by showing us which flipbooks get the most views, which pages are viewed, how much time is spent in the document, and what platforms our viewers are using to view the flipbooks. Since we have a dedicated in-house design department, we didn't need design features within our flipbook platform. We design our PDFs within the bounds of our brand in Adobe products, and then we upload the finals to FlippingBook. I suppose that if we didn't design that way that we might be inclined to want layout capabilities within the FlippingBook interface.

When we were evaluating the different flipbook platforms, we didn't really like the way the design/layout features worked in the other flipbook platforms, specifically the inability to download and archive a design project that could be opened locally, so we decided to keep our designs in Adobe, and upload the final PDFs to FlippingBook, and this has worked nicely for us. The ability to bring historically flat documents - PDFs, brochures, books, product catalogs, etc. - to life. Not only is the platform quite easy to use, but it makes otherwise static content feel more engaging. Needing to manually select all display settings everytime you upload or create a new flippingbook feels cumbersome and unnecessary. Also, it would be great to be able to pull a weekly report that shows all view+usage metrics, by individual files (FB currently provides a report that captures total views). From a Human Resource Team perspective, since we starting using Flipping Book we have been able to modernize and streamline a ton of our employee resources and communications. The use of Flipping Books provides employees with easy access to employee benefits, policies and documents at any time. Creating a Flippng Books is super easy and efficient and the platform offers many valuable features in designing the flipbook. We love the ability to match our branding or utilize other template designs, the table of contents feature, ability to embed videos and links and more. Another great design of the platform is the ability to creat folders so that we can easily catalog our flipbook library. The data analytics provided on utilization is also very valuable. It allows us to asses what information employees are looking for, how the books are performing etc, so we can adjust our marketing and education as needed. I created an Open Enrollment Resources guide and the feedback has been astounding. Employees love the ease of finding content and have reported how clear and helpful having the resource enabled them to make confident benefit enrollment decisions. We have also seen a huge reduction in questions received from employees, as the resource provides them what they need. Flipping Book frequently provides new features and updates to the platform which is also important and another reason we love it! We highly reccomend Flipping Book! This is an extremely user-friendly tool for creating interactive and professional presentations that you can customize the branding, embed videos and add links. Implememting it accross our organization was smooth and has made it easy for us to share with customers as frequent as we want and track the impact of our content. It provides consistent compatibility between all devices and makes it quick and easy to share these items through a short link. The analytics are great and able to track reader engagement. One of the downsides I have experienced is the design customization is not as robust as I would like to see. Sometimes a logo or similar will be too large. I have been using FlippingBook for about a 1.5 years and really like the product and its functionality. As an author of Swiss childrens travel guides I use FlippingBook to show readers and clients how the books will look once printed. This is really helpful. This platform is incredibly user-friendly and enjoyable to navigate. The sound effects when flipping pages and the realistic magazine-style design provide the authentic feel of a printed magazine without the need to print anything.
